I had my first baby there and I just loved it. I felt well and didn't fell stress or anything thanks to the staff and nurses. the prenatal classes were very good. I highly recommend this hospital at least for the maternity part.

Full Circle Midwifery & Lactation Support
Words cannot do justice to describing how amazing Marie and the team are at full circle. Marie saved me when I was in the trenches learning to breastfeed twins! We had a lot of struggles along the way including possible ties, breast refusal, high palates, sickness and just the general overwhelm of feeding twins.Marie was always there to support me and cheer me on with evidence based advice, and a gentle caring approach.I’m so glad I was able to be connected with such an amazing lactation consultant with years of experience as a midwife and such a beautiful caring bedside manner. I’m truly grateful for her being able to drop by our house when I needed her the most. I strongly recommend you getting in touch with full circle if you ever need help breastfeeding, they are such a huge support and you will not regret it.

Went in for a back operation. The nursing staff that looked after me for 5 days were amazing. Competent, fantastic communicators and attentive. I was lucky enough to have Leigh, Kim, Molly, Emma, Sarah and others that helped. Really appreciated their care and support. Thank you.

Our experience with Cabrini Maternity was wonderful. From the birth, all the way through to the support we received from the Midwives and Nurses in our stay afterwards - everyone was supportive, attentive and caring. Thank you from a super happy first time mum and dad.

Frances Perry House - Maternity Hospital
Hi,I was just writing to provide some feedback about my recent care.I was admitted on the 4.5.23 for induction, my mother and sister were waiting in the waiting room, nurse was very abrupt and rude. The next day my I had an emergency C section which the doctor and nurses in the operating room were lovely.Unfortunately it all stated to go downhill from there on. As soon as I came out from recovery I had a nurse called honey who was very rough and rude to me and my visitors, even told my neice of 12 years old to leave the room as children weren't allowed she even made her tear up. I then had a nurse who asked me how I was feeling , when I replied i felt terrible she simply said yep like every other woman In the ward a very un necessary comment. I was then moved the next day to my room with my partner and baby. Some nurses were lovely , however most are tired burnt out.I was there for a total of 5 days and everyday I would almost have to wait 20 mins plus to wait for the nurse to attend my room for pain/medication relief. There was a whole day where no one checked on me until the next nurse started her shift !!!. I had to ask for them to clean my room, change the bed sheets as I had a c section. When i asked for breast pads I was told they had run out !!! ( you would think a private hospital would have supply)A nurse even gazed my childs head against the wall when she went to swaddle her didn't even apologise until I said something this was very daunting as a first time mother.Paid for private and i was very neglected ,frustrated when I complained all I got told was to email. So I leave my review here as I don't want other mothers going through this terrible experience save your time and money and go elsewhereThanks.

I am highly impressed by the staff and the facility. I agree waiting period is there, but if you accept that, everything else is worthwhile.

Frances Perry House - Maternity Hospital
This was my second baby that I had at Frances Perry and my experience wasn’t great. The reason I chose Frances Perry was due to my obstetrician of choice delivering there. He was amazing, just a shame this is the only hospital he delivers at.As this was my second birth I was very much looking forward to staying at the Grand Hyatt like I had with my first but this was not available to me, from what I could gather there was not enough interest at the time. This was disappointing as the hotel program is a major draw card as to why many people choose to birth with Frances Perry.I spent 4 nights instead at the hospital. The rooms are small, the food is average and what made the stay worse was that my room was without a working toilet for over 24 hours even with multiple visits from maintenance. I was unable to move to another room until one became available. It is totally unacceptable to have a postpartum mother without direct access to a working toilet. I had to keep using the disabled one down the hall until I was moved into a new room.Compared to my last stay when they had the breastfeeding room, the breastfeeding support is almost non existent. I left the hospital feeling very unsure about my breastfeeding journey due to minimal support this time around. My room also felt like a hotel lobby with people continuously coming in to sell photo packages and get you to sign up to trials etc. it wasn’t until much later that I realised there was a ‘do not disturb’ sign I could have used.Something else that is terrible about Frances Perry is the lack of parking available. The hospital car park is always full and it makes it difficult when coming for appointments or for when people want to visit after birth.Overall, do not recommend.

Cabrini Maternity
Good private hospital. Parking is quite bad though even for taxis and ambulances. They have a non rebateable fee for attending the Emergency Department.
