What a great shop filled with great staff - lovely Lorraine gave me my Flu vaccine and explained all the ins and outs of it. Sarah went above and beyond researching a vitamin ingredient and finding the products that contained it for me! fantastic service, friendly and helpful.

This pharmacy was extremely unprofessional and was the least bit helpful! It was very apparent that none of the pharmacy assistants are properly trained as they didn’t even know how to take in prescriptions correctly! I had to tell them how to to do their job! Not only were they rude with how to they speak to you but also don’t act like the health professionals they’re suppose to be! Not a single care was expressed towards their patients that are seeking medical advice. As someone who also works in a pharmacy I would be utterly disappointed if I ever saw my staff perform in this manner! Disgusting.

I would have rated 0 if there was an option My husband has been told to wait for 10 minutes to get the prescription ready & we had an infant with us. After being asked after 20 mins, Caroline- the manager was so rude to us and literally felt racism. Management team really needs to consider the staffing. Will never visit again and will inform the friends about the same.

Every Monday for the past few weeks, I have been coming to this pharmacy to get medication, and a boy named Charlie Archer has been working. He has been so helpful I even offered to tip him, and out of the kindness of his heart, he told me I couldn't accept it. Charlie has always been extroredanairy he even helped me to my car last week.
