Medical examiner

I went through an independent medical examination with this facility through an insurance company. It took 2 months to receive the report and when I did the report made me look as if I’ve made it up also he couldn’t see what was wrong with me and if I have an injury it’s not due to work. So if you have to go to these guys remember You always have a right to a second opinion and don’t let there smiles And politeness fool you they are not your friends.

Rudest reception staff I have ever come across. Four negative RAT Tests and they told me to go and have a PCR test done elsewhere before seeing a doctor for a sore throat. You can walk around the community testing positive now but not allowed to see the doctor even after testing negative, what a joke.

Great prescription lense for scuba mask and on time.

I found going to see Ian for all my scans a warm and welcoming experience. He made me feel at easy and was incredibly insightful and supportive. Highly recommend his practice!

Attended this practice for an IME.The reports conclusion by the doctor seemed to favour the payer (the insurance company) heavily.The statements given by me in the assessment were cherry picked out of context, not once, but numerous times in the report to paint a picture, in a way I can only conclude was deliberate and to give the client an advantage.My advice- If you receive an appointment for an IME with this business. Don't accept it.You have the right to insist on another medical practice.Perhaps if enough people do this Mlcoa staff might start acting impartial.

Spoken to practice managerJESICCA who is hopeless - not professional at all . Haven’t even listened. To the call recording of what’s happened and relying on that receptionist . I will give 0 stars if I could .

I feel so confident recommending this Dental practice!The whole team works very hard to make you feel comfortable and aware of what's going on! I especially appreciated the plan with the expected cost of visits, so you knew what was coming, very reasonably priced as well.The team are so warm and friendly, so very unlike other dental practices in Melbourne, even the clinic smells like a holiday!It's so rare to find a dentist you enjoy going to, I've had a lot of previous negative experiences with dentists from a young age, I feel like Dr. Angela has restored my faith again. Keep up the great work!

I was somewhat apprehensive about signing up for the 66 day challenge, but I shouldn't have been worried. The ladies in reception are always very pleasant, courteous and helpful. The doctors are also very nice and patient. I do like the atmosphere at Delta.
