The Heart Research Institute (Australia)
I made donation for 5 or 6 months, then call them in April 2017 to stop donation due to income changes. I promised that I would donate again when my condition gets better. But my money got deducted from account today on 13/05/17 on Saturday. Can you believe this? They got my money on Saturday when bank even doesn't work. I do not believe HRI, I won't donate to this institute again.

This is not a reflection on the staff, they are so nice and professional. But, where is the receptionist? My partner went there today and waited for forty minutes only to be told they did not do the test he needed. Patients have to manage who is next .Corrimal is a very busy place and deserves a much better service? What is the issue? His GP was not impressed. A receptionist is needed to manage the practice. Cost cutting?

Hurstville Community Health Care
Went here on 10/09 for a test, the nurse was very rough with the swab down my throat and especially down nasal passages, had lasting discomfort from test, today 13/09 had to retake the test and it was at another clinic much more professional and barely any discomfort. Absolutely appalled, especially given potential known complications that can arise from inappropriately administering the nasal swap.Stay away. You're better off going somewhere else.

Very poor customer service. You enter and ring and wait and the staff ignores the full waiting room. Walking by and avoiding to look at the people waiting when there is obviously nobody in the collection rooms. I understand that the staff might have other tasks too, but at least an acknowledgement and some information that we need to wait or how much we would need to wait would be appropriate.
