I'm sure it was the hight of technology and luxury in 1991 but today's standard no.Room was spacious, but literally had to unplug all the lights n stuff to get a free Power Point, bathroom was a bit gross and the staff were only interested if u drank the 2.75 bottled water.

This hotel is bit old, very small room. But at least the hotel room is better than the vacation club room. We tried both. The bed and pillows give me backache. Bit disappointing with such a price. Swimming pool is good. Breakfast is bit disappointing too, I cannot believe they serve leftover rice cooked congee, and it taste bad. Salad not very fresh. Also when I checked in , they double charged my credit card, lucky I checked and told them the mistake.

A friendly, light-filled place to work. More relaxed and less corporate than some other co-working spaces I have tried. The staff are super helpful, welcoming, and often have snacks to share! Super convenient location and cool heritage building. It is dog-friendly too - the Inspire 9 pups provide free cuddle therapy for any work-related stress! I really like working here and can recommend it :)

W Hotel in Brisbane is truly unparalleled! From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was captivated by its unique charm and modern ambiance. The wet deck with its incredible bar was a highlight, offering a fantastic atmosphere to relax and enjoy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I cannot recommend W Hotel enough—five stars without hesitation!

A pretty great venue for the region! We've attended a couple of awards galas, and business coaching workshops over the last couple of years and are pretty impressed! Especially that they can cater to almost-fully paleo when needed. Love the big comfy lounges outside of the function rooms!

I have stayed in this hotel during June 11-18. The hotel facilities are excellent and clean, but customers service is not ideal:My colleague and I needed to check out early mornings on Sunday and will miss the breakfast. We ask the front desk if we could have simple breakfast to take away. We were told we need to order 24hr in advance. This is a surprise for a 5 star hotel. I felt that I was taken as kind of a trouble maker even such requirement is not clearly informed in any way. I should say the lady at front desk is friendly and helpful, but conversation with someone pop our the back door is interesting.There are some small areas where the service is not seamless. Overall is kind of ok.

My partner and I had the tastiest meals tonight. We ordered five entrees to share and they tasted so great. Our server named Rhiannon was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back again.

This is my second stay, the first time while at a work event nearby and this time for a few days with family. The hotel is starting to show signs of its age and needs some love. The rooms are a good size and most of the staff are delightful. The room service meals were poor and I’d recommend dining elsewhere as the on site restaurants aren’t great either, plenty of good places not too far away though. The pool and swim up bar are the main features and we enjoyed them.
