Men's clothing store

I have just turned up for my pre-booked appointment and the store was closed. A man’s trust in his Tailor is paramount and missed appointments are missed opportunities.

We have been here several times. Staff is completely unhelpful. If you ask about any products, they don't even bother to check on computer, they will deny on your face by saying 'not available'. It happened most of occasions. Once I asked to check on computer but didn't really show any interest. Finally bought same product online.

Went in store a while back and didn't get approached at all or get helped by staff. I ended up asking for help, and the lady wasnt very pleasant. I purchased a jumper and she asked if I wanted to join the rewards club which I agreed. The next day I went to joondalup to purchase another jumper and the girl tried to find my name in the system, which she couldn't find, so she signed me up again, saying if I spent a few more dollars I would get a $10 credit as that is their reward program. I was very disappointed that the lady didn't inform of this the day before with my purchase. And to top things off, she gave me a gift card, instead of rewards card. So that was all fake her signing me up". Will definitely not go back to whitfords country road..bad service."

I always used to go to this store and didnt have any issues at all but today around 5:00 PM the lady at the self serve desk was very rude she didnt approve when the machine asked for assistance and we decided to switched machines because we were late she didn’t approve for almost 5 mins and then shouted at us for switching machines. Interestingly there was a lady before us who did the same but she didn’t say anything to her. She defo needs to learn some customer service skills

Made an online order for a dress and i picked it up today. Not only is the dress amazing, perfect fit and feels amazing, great quality but the staff are so lovely and helpful

Terrible customer service and unprofessional. They ignore you when you want help, too busy socialising. Agree with others that mention the older lady is beyond rude.

Love this store! The staff are so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be visiting when I'm back in Melbourne.

Do better with click and collect.I checked email and phone at 4, had to call store and it hadn't even been packed. Got there after 5 and they were still packing it. All cool. But then two items hadn't been packed so had to go in and ask. No stock I was told....and then check again on way out and another item missing.If the store says ready by 4 pm and not told of missing items until I had to ask, that's not great service LOL.Won't do click and collect again!
