Very poor service at there yard

I've dealt with Paul and his team a few times and have never been disappointed. Even general advice for things that aren't a sale for their business have been handled in a professional and friendly manner.Great selection of products for a wide variety of applications delivered to you by knowledgeable and authentic people.

The custom made metal screens we had made to modernise our office walls and also provide magnet displays are fantastic. Jack at A1 Metal Mesh made sure that their production and installation was exactly what we wanted, even when our walls were not the materials we quoted. They went beyond to ensure we got it right and we would recommend A1 to anyone wanting metal mesh for decor or practical purposes.

I would not recommend this company.Welds are at times below standard.Powder coating flaws are covered up with spray paint..a permanent portable toilet nearby dispatch area, that's highly unsanitary.Overall, a very hazardous place to one's respiratory health.

Sold me a DANGEROUS product that OVERHEATED on first use and nearly created a FIRE! Releasing tons of smoke and dangerous chemicals. They have not attempted to respond despite being e-mailed and called several times. Scummy company, avoid at all cost.

I had read about the benefits of Pulsed MIG for welding mild steel and also wanted to be able to weld aluminium. Lloyd took the time to understand my requirements and sold me a Cebora 250M along with 2 torches. The welder is absolutely amazing and has met all of my expectations. The service I received from WeldQuip was exceptional, both before and after the sale. If you are looking for great advice and service then definitely check them out.

I called Caswell enquiring about a product and spoke with Paul. He was helpful and understood the products he was selling. My order was shipped and received quite quickly, and the products (Black Oxide,Aluminum Blackener and Sealer) gave results better than I expected.After receiving my order, I called back with a billing enquiry. Even though I had already paid for and received my order, this enquiry was handled promptly. This was great, as now days, it seems typical of many businesses, to need numerous reminders to address admin type issues.Though I have only made one order from Caswell, their service and product was exceptional and worth recommending.
