Mexican restaurant

We ordered chicken burrito and chicken quesadilla. It was good. However, quesadilla wasn’t filling. Service took a bit longer though.

Only one option on the menu being Lamb. Which is fine but there was barely any meat left when I ordered, but the staff proceeded to serve the next person barely putting any meat on their burrito scraping at the dish getting mainly liquid. Then the third person had to imply are you going to change that". Due to having so much liquid not meat in my burrito it fell apart immediately

Not impressed with Taco Bill Blackburn at all. The woman in charge, seemingly the manager, who was the only staff working was rude and completely disrespectful. She was looking my friends and I up and down and staring at us the whole time we were there. She did not even write down our orders and got all of them wrong and it was cold. After she gave us our food, she then left to go outside with a customer to smoke, whilst still staring at us through the front window. The bathroom in the restaurant was dirty and very unclean. To add to this, at the very end of our meal, she went on FaceTime to someone loudly and was walking around with her phone. So disappointed with my time here.

Breakfast buritos from gyg are my go to, so iv frequently visited different stores across south-east qld. I ordered 3 B&E add chorizo, they were fresh and made well. Only reason for the 4 stars was it was a 27 minute wait, I assume coming at change over to lunch menu was the reason for this.

Fresh, healthy and tasty food. The burritos are a good size and go well with a cold Corona.

I’m reposting this after giving the restaurant a second chance. The food was cold and they put CARROTS in the bowls!! That’s the first time I see carrots in their menu but it’s ok. Burritos very plain and hard to see any meat, just full of plain rice. Outdoor area was completely disgusting and no one seems to care enough to clean.

We just had ice cream and coffee.It was very good.The customer service is exceptional.

The restaurant was empty when we arrived at 5 pm. They put us in a back corner “look like the office”. While eating they kept taking chairs from our table without even looking at us. Restaurant stillempty. We felt being a big inconvenience.Food was average. We asked for extra spice sauce that wasn’t spicy at all.Margi’s were okay. Needed to ask for cutlery… no napkins whatsoever. We left after 40min and the restaurant was still empty.End up getting pizza at the the thirsty camel and chilling by the beach.

My wife and I haven't been here for a while, so were pleasantly surprised by the service we received today from the man serving at the counter. We ordered a different Taco bowl meal each and both were presented well and were delicious to eat. Thank you team Mexicali.

Great fresh food. A bit pricey for corn chips and guac ($4 per tiny container, really?!) But I can't really blame the franchise for that
