They both where helpful and friendly and I was absolutely amazed how they both went out of their way to help me buy a car. I was in another state and he offered all the assistance he could to make the purchase smooth and pressure-less. He was more than willing to help with anything in which I needed. I went in to buy a brand new car, unfortunately all were on back order and I needed a car asap so I went to their used car on-site department. Well, what a great sales team. Paul, was a fabulous man who gave me great advice, and I felt like it was like my dad advising me. I actually didn't know much at all about the different car brands, but I was sold on Paul, so he was the reason I bought my car from Northern Motors.James in the finance department was also just as incredible, and I was going to go through my bank, but because of his professional attitude and gentle nature, I opt to finance through their team. Overall, I highly recommend this group for a used car or if you have time to wait, a new car. Ill be back for my upgrade for sure!!!

We have purchased two vehicles from Northern Motor Group and have been very happy. I have been really impressed with their communication and it is very obvious to me that they appreciate loyal customers and do go above & beyond. I would like to give a special mention to the Steven & Alf from Management and also Michael from the Service department who have all been great to deal with.

It's about car recall. Last year i went there and got my car brake checked and i was told yes it needs to replaced. My service was booked But when i was there. My replacement part was not. This year finally I got a message saying it's here. But when I called they said it's done according to the system. I was not there how could my car was serviced?The customer service was horrible. No communication No caring. I asked to talk with his supervisor He said she was not here and he doesn't know her phone number.
