Very helpful staff. Wealth of knowledge. Great range of gear for all our fun. Love the Brass Monkey fridges. And as for the range of fishing supplies - I was like a kid in a candy shop.

Bought gel gun (blaster), bullets clogged up barrel and battery only lasted not even 10 minutes. Tried to return it, surprise, surprise they don't do refunds. Complained to lady, she stated well it is only a toy". Yeah $200 toy. Would not recommend this "toy" save your cash."

I have to say Dan is great to get advice from on fishing and general tips.They have range in so many different things.I would totally recommend this business.

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable in their products they sell. Anything you need they either have it or happy to get it if they can. They array of fishing gear is awesome. Will recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks Ros and Dan for all you do.

Great store for the outdoors person, great range of products, knowledgeable staff and great prices! Definitely gives the bigger name stores (I won't mention) a bit of competition, just a great place!

Don’t even bother shopping here, they have no idea of customer service. Refund policy clearly states 7 days on the website. Went to return an item not suitable for my use I get told no refunds or exchanges unless faulty. They are dishonest and deceiving by making people think that you are coved by a refund policy when purchasing, not the fact that your product needs to be faulty.Reply to bellow comment- the product may not of been on your website but your refund policy is and it really unusual for a business to have 2 separate refund policies one for online and one for in-store.
