Miniature golf course

Undoubtedly the worst experience I have had in places like this.We visited this place with my work colleagues, in total we were 16 people, we wanted to go hang out and have fun but the experience was totally different.After paying a total of 600 dollars, we were informed that we had to present identifications, most of us are foreigners and did not have the passport with them, but they had other identifications such as the ID of their countries. In short, we had booked the bowling and the laser, we all supported to leave that place because of their poor attention and zero communication with the customer. We requested the return of our money to the one who was in charge at that time, a girl in a very bad mood, rude, and zero willing to provide us with a solution with which we were satisfied, in exchange for this, they gave us some consumer bonds for one of the reservations we made and promised that someone would contact us to make the other refund. TO THIS DAY, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY.I would like to be able to leave the name of the woman who attended us, but strategically the plaque that identified her was removed.I do not recommend this place to ANYONE and I hope this message serves so that at least I can receive my money back.

This is the best place I've ever been for mini golf. I loved how everything is 3D and how the artists took over 800 hours, I definitely recommend going here if you like mini golf and 3D glasses. Would not recommend for baby's as there is a lot to touch and interact with.

Absolutely hands down the best mini golf ever! We did the lakes course, (there are 2 different 18 hole courses). Great fun.Whilst it was a nightmare with a pram it is doable. If you don't have to take it, then don't.Also get a coffee before as it's too hard to get them on site.

front desk service is appalling, went in to play 9 hole golf took about 25 mins waiting there , both women behind the counter didn't speak very good English and they had no idea what they were doing , didn't explain where I needed to go even though I stated was first time I've done the 9 hole golf , didn't give me a score card or balls and had to wait whilst they proceeded to serve 4 or 5 other customers whilst leaving me there waiting , neither of them were welcoming or smiled , and then decided to tell me I needed to buy balls as well.Need to put competent staff behind the desk who have some idea of what customer service is and actually know about the facilities and services you offer and not just hire the cheapest staff that have no idea.Extremely put off by this. And don't feel like returning , we use the tennis quite a bit and have lessons there to so this is pretty disappointing.there was another customer who looked awkward seeing I still needed help and that there front desk person just ignored it , the same customer also had the same look in there eye losing their patience with them.

Fun night. Cheap cocktails friendly service. Family outing with kids over 18. But would go with young ones earlier in the night or during the day. Loved the retro feel and music. Not a lot of food choices. Onion rings were delicious though.

1st time visit today. Great experience. The girl who gave the demonstration was amazing. Super friendly with warm greetings. Good facilities with a good amount of space. It starting raining and the girl came out with umbrellas for us. Absolutely amazing service. Highly Recommend this place.

Easy access, parking, crew explained everything, was fun, 3 of us played Supa golf for about $50, took 1.5 hrs to do 9, took us a couple of holes to get in the swing, and of course mum won being mother's day. Then something to eat at the Mash Brewery afterwards which was on site.

The Auctus Training & Education team had a fantastic time at SHANX Mini Golf on Friday night. The venue was well-maintained and had a great ambiance. The mini-golf course was challenging yet enjoyable, and the team members loved competing against each other. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more memorable. Overall, a highly recommended spot for a fun night out!

Turfgreen was friendly and professional every step of the way. The men who came to lay the turf were friendly and polite. The area was kept exceptionally clean between the two days the job spanned. The final product looks amazing. Wish we had done it sooner. Highly recommend.

Just wanted to say that Leroy from surfers paradise went above and beyond for me and my friends, he was super charismatic, so friendly and helpful. Leroy honestly made our night as we celebrated two birthdays!! Amazing, quality service, so rare to find. Thank you!
