Went there because of the good reviews here on google maps and have to say I'm very disappointed.Doesn't seem like they want to make any money unless you got a modern scooter.Refused to sell me jets for my carburetor because what I was going to do wouldn't work according to his opinion.Ended up buying a drive belt which didn't fit and returned the next day. Got my money back which is a plus but reluctantly and very unfriendly. Definitely my last visit there.

Go somewhere Else better ! Had my Scooter there Last week For a simple service, 140-160$ should cost It. When i Took the Scooter Back they changed the Drive belt without telling me. I mean when its Not good anymore it IS Like that. But what cost a quick call Hey that and that Is

This was my first time servicing my Zip 2T outside the initial (large) dealership that sold me my scooter. Urban Scooters was FANTASTIC, from the customer service to the end result and recommendations. HIGHLY recommend this place, it is a small shop and I feel so much better that my money went here rather than to the bigger players who do a underwhelmingly average job... Frustrating experience, they had my e-scooter for over 6 months to get a simple problem fixed. I've been lied to month after month until requested my e-scooter back. The issue did not get sorted and I got charged for the service that was never done.This is a response to the owners review.I didn't wanted to get to this point mate, all I wanted from your store was honesty. If you can't do the job just say you can't do the job, I really felt fooled around by the service specially when I have access to the FLJ engineer's phone number and can check on all info provided.Scooteamore was the first store I brought my scooter to because I thought you were the place to go, so no one wanted to help me is not true.The scooter was not in pieces when I left it at your store, It had the lid taken off and the inverter disconnected.Unfortunately you told me a few times that you had ordered parts and had 80% of the problem figured out and the scooter would be ready in a week time. That wasn't true, no parts were ordered.Also you told me the parts on it were fake, how is it possible?Brand new scooter from FLJ's official store.I don't want to go any longer but at the end your solution was to get a second inverter to fix the problem. That would not fix the problem as the scooter only needs one, it came with only one and everything working perfectly. Also you wouldn't be able to fit a second inverter under the lid as there's no room. (all this info was checked with FLJ's engineer)It might not be your fault, I believe the people you sent my scooter to get looked at are just not professional enough and could have fooled you too but unfortunately it ended like this.All the best.
