My experience using eRider was phenomenal. I really didn’t have my hopes up for receiving my Weekend Warrior E-Skateboard under a week. To my amazement I got my package at my door the very next day. The eRider staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the questions that I had and to put the icing on the cake, they responded to my queries in a matter of hours. I’ve been out on a few rides on my new skateboard now and I have to say that the ride is incredible! I can feel the power below my feet and there’s nothing that seems like an obstacle for it with the 150mm all terrain wheel option that I took. Also, I’m yet to come across a hill that is too much for it to ascend easily. It’s been able to zip up everything I’ve thrown before it.I’ve found a new hobby to enrich my life for years to come!

I cannot fault this dealership for their sales and service.Sales staff were attentive to our questions and allowed an unescorted test ride the Speed Triple 1200 RS.No being a previous fan of Triumph I was very impressed with the bike and the bikes style, finish and ability, so impressed in fact I brought one!!Just for the record, the bike is an animal!!

Overall experience not great.First order was cancelled.Finally got my order through and accepted.Staff are not overly helpful and rude.Replies to email could be alot better.Won't be buying anything again from this supplier.Products are what they say they are and am happy with them just a pity the business and staff aren't up to scratch

And shipped interstate with no delivery charge. How good is that!?As for the Apollo City Pro - this is a great scooter. The City Pro's power, performance, suspension and self healing tyres eat up the bike paths on my 10km commute. The built in App includes an immobiliser - important piece of mind following the theft of my last ride.I couldn't be happier with the Apollo or the team at Electric Kicks.

Simon went out of his way to make sure my helmet was fitting right, helped adjust it for me and it fits perfectly thanks to his expertise. Very honest, thoughtful, just an all round nice, genuine guy. Really cares about his customers, his business reputation and his quality of service. Awesome people with lots of knowledge

Bought my ninebot scooter off scooter hut 3 years ago and now wheel bearing problem and an electrical fault. Called them to ask for service support staff advised out of warranty cannot help you !!! I said it is 3 years old and still worthy of fixing happy to pay. They refused to help. I suggest buying gear off suppliers who back there gear and help customers not this place. Went up the road to i scoot no worries they were helpful and for a 250 bucks back on the road. Will not deal with scooter hut again.

Great service from when I called to when my Mum had a demo Scooter delivered to her door for test drive. Experienced, knowledgeable and polite staff. Highly recommend.

Scooter Hut fortitude valley was not interested in my business, iScoot Newstead was interested but it would take over a month for a tyre change … Easy ride was more than happy to take my business and made it work within less than a month for a tyre change … thank you easy ride for great customer service. The others could learn a few things …
