I find star channel to be a great place to rent movies. Being a previous video city customer the only thing that i find a big difference is that at video city the rental was 2 nights not overnight and when sometimes you cant watch the whole movie in 1 night the second night is a bonus. Apart from that small thing i am very happy with the service that i receive. ( would also be good to see a few more sci fi alien type movies)

I've ordered Black Tac on two separate occasions. There were problems with the 1st order being sent in December. Again this time in June almost identical problem. Ordered 16 June parcel never arrived. Phoned on 28 June to find out again it hadn't been sent. Also a lot of confusion for them finding order details. Hopefully they're on the ball with a refund. Very disappointing I suspect they're a small somewhat unorganized business. Or maybe they concentrate on their orders off Amazon rather than direct off their website.Won't be ordering here again.

These guys work on so many interesting projects and having worked with them closely, I can see it is passion and professionalism all the way.

Awesome, do yourself a favour, stop pirating movies for a minute and have a nostalgic visit to when life was a bit more wholesome and enjoyable.

I've been a customer for many years. They're always friendly, always flexible, and they're providing a much-needed service for the area.The shop would be even better it if they would overhaul their organisational system. If you know the title of a movie you want, there are at least 5 places to look for it. Also, older titles are only grouped by letter, not alphabetised. Finally, shelves don't always match what the computer says - a quarterly inventory wouldn't go wrong.An occasional DVD rental is more economical than a monthly movie subscription. Wauchope's lucky to have 'em!

Visited the store today and was given a complete demo and assistance with selecting video lighting from the lady in their store. I am still learning in this area and was extremely impressed by the brilliant customer service, she is an absolute asset to their team! Purchased on the spot.
