Very busy need's better signage

The level of help depends on the staff on the day, on one day I was given a lot of help and the woman that served me was very friendly. On another day a staff woman made me feel like absolute trash for simply asking for help. Felt like I was the one that was causing trouble when I was nothing but polite. Please improve the way your staff speak to people that are seeking assistance. Especially those that deal with Autism. I called up the company and got to talk to a very pleasant team leader who listened to my complaint & I pray that it was handled appropriately.

I love Housing SA, affordable housing helpful and friendly staff pity the last government sold off most of its housing hopefully one day it can return to what it once was.

Always there to help were very helpful to a friend of mine atmosphere is great quaint and quiet

old blonde woman rude and incompetent. Staff don't care if you're homeless or anything like that, not the slightest ounce of empathy.
