I remember when I was looking for a quality Australian Guitar maker in Covid that I spotted a youtube video for Fenech guitars on the Gold Coast.I had previously bought Gibson and Martin guitars from USA and found their build quality was not the best.After seeing a number of Fenech videos on Youtube I actually spoke with Aaron who told me of the quality built guitars he was making.Due to Covid restrictions at the time I (December 2020) I could not actually try out Aarons guitars as the QLD borders were shut and there was not a dealer as yet in NSW.Purely from the sound of Aarons guitars played by some Aussie artists like Amy Shark and Kyle Lionheart on Youtube , I rang Aaron to place my first order in October 2020.Stacey Aaron’s wife does the specialised logos so she did one for me to remember my recently passed away son on my new Fenech VT New Guinea Rosewood D78.It was done in pearl and was a great touch.When I had recieved my guitar by freight and I played my new guitar I rang Aaron to congratulate him on such an amazing quality guitar.The sound of a Fenech handmade guitar is better than any other!That was in December 2020 during Covid.Since then I have bought another 4 Fenech guitars.1. GA auditorium camphor2. A VTP indian Rosewood GA cutaway3. A VTP Blackwood D784. A D78 Traditional Mahogany guitar in gloss.The quality of these Fenech guitars and attention to detail is the best . So good that I have sold all my Martins, Matons and Gibson guitars.Thank you Aaron , Stacey and team for making such beautiful guitars.

Excellent service from Matt. I had my DW Performance 22 Bass drum cut down to 14" in depth. The drum looks like it came from the DW factory. Very happy with the work carried out from Matt."

The factory offers free tours assuming that you booked with Miles Jackson (CEO) before. I attended two of them, one with Miles and another one with Lloyd Spiegel, both were really interesting and informative. I got my Cole Clark to be checked up before I get back home and there were no worries. Really welcoming staff and answer any question really quickly. And obviously excellent guitars too if there's still need to mention...

Daniel and the team at APO are truly outstanding. They deliver savant level knowledge in all matters relating to pipe organs, and deliver what can only be described as ‘perfect’ timber work. They have produced some of the finest quality craftsmanship and joinery that I’ve ever seen and we’ve been making the most of the teams skill and expertise for the better part of a decade. I can’t speak highly enough of APO and look forward to many more years of superlative service.

Purchased a charger for an Ableton Push v1. Was sent a charger for Push v2. Have called, sent numerous emails and tried contacting via Facebook page to organise a return and refund. Incredibly poor communications. Not recommended for online orders.

As a starter guitarist; this is the best place to go for all new to experienced musicians. The store owner has exquisite knowledge on all-things music. Very nice experience here, and everything i needed. Thanks!

I had a fantastic day with Nick and leant so much about how guitars are put together. Nick was patient and great at explaining everything. He happily agreed to make my cigar box 4 strings, not the usual 3, very much appreciated. A lovely bush setting out of town was nice too.I'd highly recommend the experience to anyone!Marty
