Musical instrument rental service

Purchased my first acoustic guitar this week, I spoke to both Ryan and Richie who were very friendly and extremely helpful with their information and guidance in selecting a suitable guitar which I am really thrilled with, I am loving the Fender guitar but my fingers are complaining!!Thanks guys, very much appreciated!Recently took in a second hand Lag guitar I purchased to have the strings replaced and checked. Richie was brilliant! He was very helpfull and gave it a service whilst replacing the strings, he did a great job and the guitar looks and sounds fantastic! Thanks very much Richie I will definitely come back for any future guitar needs!

I have bought several items here and have found the staff to be very helpful and professional. Whenever you want help, even after you purchase, they are there for YOU. My last visit a few weeks ago I needed a strap for my UKULELE and ANDREW fitted it for me and even tuned it too. They also provide tuition for learning the guitar and Ukulele. The teacher ( HAMISH ) is an AMAZING teacher. Even though I was only buying a simple Ukulele strap I was served the same as if I was buying a high end expensive guitar. Their stock is amazing and anything musical they will have it. I may graduate to learning the guitar with Hamish and I know I will receive the very best help from ANDREW and BOB and all the staff to choose the right Guitar for a BEGINNER. Of course, it maybe a little busy when you go there but that is because they are very popular, not only because of their amazing musical collections but because of their genuine help and friendly service. We have shopped here on two occasions, and have had a great experience, both times. The prices are reasonable, and they are very knowledgeable about their products. We have also had our trumpet repaired here. Thank you to Rob and the team.

We were totally deceived and ripped off. Get quotes in writing and don't pay if they do extra without asking. Better still don't get repairs done there at all. Finger board actually even fell off completely. Two weeks ended up four months. But they were too busy doing gigs, or too tired after gigs. If he spent as many hours on it as he made out...

Back in business at last, this studio/rehearsal/retail music space is second to none. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great prices and fantastic recording facilities. Damien Young is a certified weapon. Rehearsal rooms are clean and sound great. Ten out of ten all round!

A good little music shop which also offers servicing of just about all instruments. This was the only place that took on servicing my daughter’s clarinet before the school term started. All the “woodwind” music shops claimed to be too busy.

Great gear, very affordable. Flexible with logistics. Very friendly and helpful.
