Mutton barbecue restaurant

I had dinner with my family. We enjoyed the food. It was tasty and came quickly than we thought. Staff was good. Restaurant was clean and to my surprise the kitchen was open and we could see through the glass window. BBQ platter was good, and my children liked Mangi lassi.

Really enjoyed the food. Great authentic aroma, well balanced spices, cooked to perfection and served with a great customer service team. Serving quantities were very good and appropriately priced. Very good value for money and more importantly we had a great taste of freshly prepared food to enjoy. We also tried their Kheer which was so good.

Worst Shinwari Lamb karahi I've ever eaten. It was Red, too many tomatoes and salt, tasting nothing like a lamb karahi, but tasted like eating salty tomato puree.This is the second time I've had a disappointment in eating their karahis. Can't speak for their Bbq and rice.. but overall food taste is bad. I wouldn't go back there for food.

It use to be good place but now it’s a crap… not at all worth of the price… specially if ur ordering online, forget about it… I ordered a mixed platter paying $36+$10 Uber charges.. me and my partner were exited for the deliver , the way they mentioned in the menu was really tempting, but we were shocked to c the quantity.. we literally received 2 sheet kababs and 5 small pieces of chicken tikka and 2 other chicken pieces…redicouloualy low quantity … i fact the parcel container was half empty… we order same dish from Tullamarine original bar b que lounge every week $30 and cheaper than this but quantity is excellent.. we just saw one extra kabab in description so decided to order here by paying $5 more but really really disappointed.. never again from here … the only thing good about this place is chicken biryani where they give ample of rice… lol!! Guys don’t think of ordering platters you will b disappointed

Nice place for desi food, quite big a hall with good ambiance. Food was tasty and staff was good. Situated on Sydney road, parking at the road side, free parking in the evening. I ordered BBQ platter, chicken Handi, plain rice, plain and garlic nan. Everything was good. We enjoyed it. They offer buffet on Fridays from 6 pm onwards which costs 30 per person and half for children.

I recently visited Dastarkhwan Restaurant and I was thoroughly impressed with their food and service. The restaurant had a welcoming ambiance and the menu had a great variety of dishes. I ordered the kebab platter and it was cooked to perfection. The meat was juicy and succulent, and the spices were just right. The rice was fluffy and fragrant, and the naan bread was fresh and piping hot. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my meal. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and great service.

A great place for fine dining with family and friends. Epic food, lovely presentation! One of my friend newly arrived to Melbourne so took him for dinner. We ordered Malai Boti, Lamb Karahi plan nan and everything turned out amazing!! Their food and service all good.
