As a beauty therapist myself I was horrified by my first and last experience at this salon. I asked for removal of my acrylic nails as I can’t wear them for work. I am aware that acrylics typically do damage nails which I knew when I had them applied elsewhere. The lady I had literally shoved a metal nail file between my natural nail and the acrylic, damaging my nails further and causing me to bleed and my nails to become ragged and split; It is a week later and I now have bruising on one finger and trauma lines on my nail bed on the majority of my nails as pictured. Worst experience. I had to tell the lady she was hurting me MULTIPLE TIMES. On top of that, she was rude and unprofessional, commenting that “there’s nothing wrong with these acrylics” and “your nails are so thin” after removal, gee I wonder why. I’m not one to usually leave bad reviews but as a paying customer this was just awful. Your salon was unhygienically cleaned too.

First time here & really happy with the service & my beautiful nails.(see photo) I had shellac refills. Nail tech was very friendly & took great care with my nails. She suggested my ‘old’ nails be removed as they were lifting so my natural nails were becoming discoloured from water getting in. She did a great job all for $55I recommend this salon.

Good service. Great price. Had both manicure & pedicure. Most complaints are from people having their nails removed.

2 months ago i come here for a manicure. I was cut multiple times then told it was my fault after. my fingers hurt all night to night after. i waited an hour past my booking time and they had one lady doing both mine and my sisters nails. it was rushed, uneven, over priced, unprofessional, painful and extremely rude ladies giving service. i have never been treated more poorly in the three years i’ve been getting my nails done. i cant stress this enough. please don’t spend your money here!!!! as i stated this was two months ago and some came off so quickly but there is 3 nails i have tryed everything to get them off and they will not come off. this has completely turned me off nails

went for a full set today and *Lu Seng* did an amazing job to meet my requirements, she was extremely professional, detail oriented and she would always check with me if i was satisfied with her work. i’ve had my nails done here a few times but this was the first time i was actually 100% satisfied with the service. 5/5
