Clever Care NOW
Sue was so nice and so helpful. She transported our disability equipment and luggage to our holiday. she was on time, she was so caring she brought it all to the room and at the end of our holiday came back to the room and transported it inside to our house and was so happy with her service. She is very lovely and helpful and made it possible for us to have our holiday.

Thanks to HealthX for being very supportive to me and my family in this journey since day one. HealthX staff's everlasting kindness has allowed me to confidently walk into the doors of the Aged Care Industry and their exemplary support is commendable. Thank you so much!

Had to wait almost 2hrs to talk to someone at customer service desk. What a joke seriously how hard is it to put more workers at reception.

They keep cancelling courses due to lack of participation, over and over, maybe they should sink some time and effort into filling places in classes once any enrolments have been filled!

HealthX
I am absolutely surprised to see all these positive reviews that my fellow nurses written, and I wish all these reviews are true but unfortunately my experience is different, I moved to Australia with my family (wife and 2 kids) in April 2022. HealthX brought me here on 482 TSS visa, I have paid all my expenses; Appling for visa, air tickets, transportation from Sydney to rural Australia about 6 hours by taxi with my family, finding an accommodation. HealthX will tell you they arrange a soft landing and assist in settling but no assistance provided in my case, there was no one at the airport, HealthX did not even bother asking the employer to provide a temporary accommodation while I find a house, if you are not familiar its extremely hard to find accommodation for people who come to Australia first time, I have stayed in a motel for more than 2 weeks in rural Australia, by God grace some of the kind hearted people in community and at the work place help me find a house after they heard my experience. HealthX deliberately did not provide the contact details of anyone until I reached the rural Australia, so those people won’t warn me about the issues, When I started there were around 5 other HealthX staff at the facility, some of them left the country within couple of months because there was no support. During my period of employment, I have notified lot of workplace issues and there was no support or response.Whatever good thing and advertisement they put up on the website is not happening, it is not only my experience most people I met who worked for HealthX are having the similar experience. Dear fellow nurse please be mindful and do some research and find a good agency or employer if you are looking for a bright future in Australia because HealthX is not the one and I regret my decision taking employment with health. All the best and thanks for taking your time reading.

TAFE Queensland Loganlea campus
I was enroled here at the hight of the Covid19 pandemic in 2020 and had to transition from on campus to full-time online learning. Whilst there were various challenges at the time not just for students but for teaching staff as well, I look back at that time with positive accomplishment (yep, I graduated) so I give Tafe Loganlea campus 5 stars for rising to the ocassion & supporting students during that uniqely challenging period.

I have recently join the Healthx team as an AIN. Being a new employee I had many questions to ask the administration staff on different matters as I began my journey. I've been well supported, the team has always got back to my emails straight away. There is no waiting time. I've never been left wondering. Support is a available anytime.
