All of the staff at Advance Health Care are friendly and compassionate while maintaining a very professional level of customer service and care. The pain management program is amazing, it has improved my quality of life so much and I have learnt that I can live a (mostly) normal life despite the pain. A special shout out must go to Physiotherapist Campbell Hogan, as he is brilliant, understanding, motivational and flexible with the entire program. Thanks so much to the team, I would highly recommended this program to anyone needs it.

I strongly recommend Sandro and Scott at Bounce Physiotherapy.I have been seeing Sandro for a couple of years now and regularly attend his pilates classes. I am very happy with the results.When I first went to see him I was 57 and I had had hip, knee and foot pain for a few years that were getting worse. I felt like an old lady. I had arthritis stating in one hip and in the other knee. All of those pains soon started to improve by following his advice and I now feel decades younger.I also do a couple of yoga sessions a week which has also helped a lot. But, I couldn't have done the yoga to the same extent without Sandra's advice and treatments.I had seen quite a few other physio therapists over the years, some well known with designer studios in expensive suburbs, but none could pin point the root causes of my issues to be able to treat them effectively. For example, a knee problem I had was caused by issues with my hip and it was a different issue with the other knee.Scott, is also fantastic. He is also extremely intuitive when it comes to recognising the cause of issues and following his advice always remedies them quickly.I think that as you get older, if you want to reduce or cure aches and pains and live your best possible life having a good physio therapist is essential. Best investment ever!The staff are all lovely too.

Winston is a miracle worker and an absolute professional, he has so much passion for his work and clients. He was able to quickly identify my pain points, worked his magic and provided instant relief as well as exercises to help me for the long term. I have been seeing Helping Hands for about 7 months now and have used both their North Shore and Pimlico facility.If you have any hand/arm pain, this is THE place to go for when seeking treatment and care. The OTs and Hand Therapists are very well trained and have a different level of experience when it comes to working with hands. I had ongoing hand pain which my original physio looked at and was able to diagnose, but when I came to Helping Hands, the OT was able to confirm exactly what was wrong (nerve irritation) and what areas were affected. The treatment and care I have received here has been excellent. Reception always replies to emails within a timely manner and my OT communicates well with my GP and Orthopaedic Surgeon to give them regular updates. They also have a range of supports available for your hands/arms/fingers (even tiny finger splints!) and treatment is offered with a range of options from massage therapy, heat packs, flexbeam treatment, wax baths and you are also given range of tools for ongoing exercises.Since coming here, my hand pain has become more manageable, and I'm able to go through and do more things than I have before. I initially attended Pinpoint for treatment of BPPV. I soon realised that Haas really knew his stuff so continued to see him for other issues I'd already spent months on at other physios. He has made more progress with my injury than anyone else.

My husband, daughter and I have been clients of Hardman & McCarthy for several years. They are great at diagnosing the problem and knowledgeable with their rehabilitation processes. All of the physio's are excellent, so no matter what your injury you can be assured of the best care at all times.

Angelica is a miracle worker! I arrived to the clinic limping due to Sciatica which flared up due to surgery and walked out feeling like a new person. This was my first experience with Myotherapy and I was definitely impressed. The vibe in the room enabled me to relax and Angelica was very attentive asking me about my pain.My Sciatica has only shown its ugly head briefly but after doing the stretches she showed me it’s been manageable.I highly recommend her and have booked to see her again.

I have seen three different physios here over the last few years for multiple sporting injuries and pains, and I cannot recommend the team highly enough. The highest level of professionalism is shown by all staff. The administration staff are amazing to communicate with, and all of the physios have really taken the time to work through the issues with me and create realistic and manageable solutions.
