The young tall lady with glasses who collect the prescription, she has been rude every time. Today she throw the money back to me. What was that??? I was shocked. When I ask questions from her, she hold her laugh and replied in one word. She doesn’t have customer service skill or she has some mental problem whatever like that. And I don’t understand that why your pharmacist asked and suggest to us like that do you want to buy cheaper version of this medicine ? from me when i showed my prescription.. really annoying and confusing. I was only get service from you because it was right next to City med GP. Worst pharmacy ever seen. Gosh next time just straight go the Chemist.

Without a doubt the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. Mary spent a significant amount of time organising for medication to be ordered and available for me in Exmouth, and Ben happily printed out documents needed for a Telehealth appointment and filled them out for me despite me not being a regular customer. All staff were cheerful, helpful and absolutely delightful.

Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional service, even stays back if you rock up before they close and are in need of medication. Cannot fault and is my regular pharmacy as a result. Thanks guys

The best chemist in Paddington. It may not be as cheap as the Chinese Pharmacies in Bondi Junction, but this is real service and understanding. I continue to patronise this real pharmacy.

Highly recommend this pharmacy. The Pharmacists are caring and will go above and beyond to help. Can't thank them enough for helping my elderly parents access medications while they've had Covid.
