I can't recommend James, John and the team at Foundation Dental enough!I have always been terrified of the dentist and when i turned up at foundation dental this was no exception... I felt nauseous, sweaty, shaky... just terrified.I met with John first who really made me feel at ease and took the time to understand what got me to this place of terror. No dentist had ever actually asked me about this before. He then laid out my treatment plan and assured me i would be in the the very best hands but also that I would be in complete control.Since then I have has three appointments with James. I have found him to be professional, caring, understanding and most of all patient. He talked me through each of the treatments, took breaks so i didn't become overwhelmed and really made me feel at ease. I honestly don't know how to thank him for the work hes done but mostly for helping me overcome my fear. Today I walked in for my treatment calm, steady and completely comfortable.

just staying briefly in the gladesville area and needed a good local remedial massage. made a booking with John who could take me right away and who seems very knowledgeable and good at his job. he worked on my sore shoulder, lower back and glute with manipulation, massage and then acupuncture, all in 1 hr. I would definitely see him again if I was in the area. Great communication skills and gentle but thorough vibe. A good place to go!

I am so happy with the service here! I was fortunately able to get a last minute booking due to a cancellation to have a lump removed that had been bothering me for a long time.The staff were so friendly and helpful and the Dr I saw was so lovely, informative and did a great job.Couldn’t recommend a place more!

The team was very efficient and everything was on time! The front desk team was very helpful they tried on several occasions to get me in sooner when they had cancellations. Me and my partner had massages on the 28th of April. Shay was amazing and the space was so beautiful. We can’t wait to come back to Byron to book again, I can’t recommend it enough

-2nd time attending for cupping and scraping-experienced and considers cupping pressure-won't find many good places that cup properly or if they do its more for sales

I've known Poppy since she's a student and been with her since. I'll follow her wherever she practice at because I've tried others and found she's the best. So lucky to have know her and my family and my health is taking care of.

Unless you know what you're after I don't recommend this business.They'll use shady tactics to make sure you're spending more money.For context I asked for a neck, back and shoulder massage but was told they're only offering full body massages for $100.I wasn't given any options other and when I asked what is actually offered they've avoided the question and explained I needed the full body option.I've been in the past and found their massages to be uncomfortable and rough, there's no relaxing music and the idea is to get you in and out.

I always look forward to Aleisha’s indulgent shiatsu treatments at the tranquil Studio Machiya. She has treated me during pregnancies, post partum, reduced built up general tension/stress and for specific problem areas. Always leaves me feeling relaxed and revitalised. The perfect gift for yourself or a friend.

Recommend only if you love hard, painful massages and money is not an issue. Went in on Monday after work because I had a very painful neck pain. Neck, shoulder and back massage. Had to pay first. She hid the efptos machine so I didn't see how much (and she didn't say how much of course). In too much pain to check. 45 tortureous minutes later, I went home in more pain that what I went in with, plus an outrageous $96 out of pocket. 6 days later, with several nights of broken sleep due to the massage, the pain from the massage is finally starting to ease.
