I thought my rug was unsalvageable due to my pet peeing all over it, but this rug is very dear to me and I thought I would see if a clean would bring it back to life. I rang Rug wash Specialist and Blanche was very helpful and booked in the rug for me and they were very prompt and professional. The results were beyond my expectations, and they not only removed all the stains, but restored the rug to how it was when I first bought it! I could not be happier with this service and would definitely highly recommend it!!!

I bought two beautiful rugs for the living and dining areas, the living area rug is a beautiful antique rug that just lifts the room, it's a beautiful artwork that I couldn't find anywhere else, especially at the price point. The dining area rug is also beautiful and a bit more plush. The colours are so vibrant and wonderful and the rugs are of a quality where they are great even for high traffic areas. When I bought my 5m hall runner from Rugxury, I said that I have found my shop for future rug purchases, anyone looking for very high quality rugs at very reasonable prices, you can't go passed Rugxury! I was looking for a new rug to bring lightness and freshness and thought that a Kilim rug may be the solution because Kilim rugs generally have more modern patterns than Persian rugs which can be somber and heavy.However, I was totally wrong when I was taken by Birjand garden design which is refined with intricate patterns, classic and sophisticated yet with modernity. Ali has been helpful to guide us through the selection process and his warehouse as well as the website have the widest range and some quality pieces that are fit for a museum.

We have just bought our third and fourth rug from Hali, 7 years since our first purchase, and the customer service from Roberto hasn't changed one bit from our first excellent experience with him. Same honesty, product knowledge and genuine care that you make the right decision, even if that is not to purchase at all.Rugs one and two have just come back from cleaning using Roberto's recommended provider and they look as good as new. Couldn't be happier. There will be cheaper alternatives out there but you would have to go far to beat the quality and care you get at Hali.
