I attended the clinic due to an impacted ear canal. I had been reading that the traditional flushing of the ear (which I had done previously) can lead to issues with the eardrum. I was greeted warmly at reception and my nurse, Gloria, was extremely welcoming and professional. Each step was fully explained before it was done. Gloria continually checked with me as to my comfort level with the procedure in both ears. There was no pain and the sound of the suction process was very tolerable. My experience was exceptional! I would encourage anyone considering a change from the traditional ear wax removal method to give Earworx a try. Furthermore, you only pay the once (if a follow up is required) and, if there’s no wax, there is no charge. That’s a very client friendly business plan!

Booked an appointment with Dani @ Earworx Ulverstone this week. She was on time, very professional and extremely patient. She ensured she cleared my ears of the wax buildup which has allowed me to hear sounds I haven’t heard for months. Thx also for the tip on custom ear plugs (photo included)Highly recommend Earworx for anyone with blocked ears or just for a check up and general maintenance. I doubt I will ever go back to the old school syringing process now I know about Earworx. Mark
