Was after a new 90hp motor to upgrade. From the very first discussion with Michael i knew that i was going to be well looked after. They collected and delivered my boat from my house, at all times i was kept informed of the progress on the changes. Dropped in to get a price and availability on a 300 Yamaha full Helm Master EX for a current project I’m working on. Spoke with their re power expert who tells me quite disrespectfully “it’s a lot of money to spend on an old boat” which left me feeling are you there to make a sale or give people financial advice. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Felt like we were pushed through the whole deal, when the boat finally arrived the paperwork was daunting and when we were told it was ready it wasn't finished. Had to resort back to quote as to what was to be included in the final finish,numerous items missing. (Fuel/water separater filter).

I must say the guy's at Dinghy World put in 110% , bought a folding trailer for our 3.3 inflatable, i will point out the guy's at Dinghy World would not sell the trailer to me until they new our inflatable would fit , left inflatable with the guy's went back the next day and it was set up on the trailer ready to hook up and tow away , awesome customer service Highly recommend

Stay away !!!!!! ono customer service at all. signed a contract for a new boat 14 months ago only to be stuffed around, no communication and now won't honour the contract after the boat has arrived. You can do much better!!!
