I was looking for a company in Sydney that sells professional heat sealers and decided to buy it from Get Packed.Their customer service is fantastic! Since I didn't have any experience with plastic sealers, they were able to demonstrate me different kind of products that they are selling and I was able to test their products with my own plastic bags as well.I think they really stand out in customer service and understanding what you are trying to use their products for and advising on what's suitable.Also, they do have a great stock - other companies that I received a quote from had a lead time between 3-5 days, whereas I was able to just go there and pick it up straight away.I highly recommend Get Packed for anything around packaging. Make sure to give them a visit and have a look at what they have in stock, just to get an idea what else you might get from them.Many thanks to the team at Get Packed, especially to Kieren and David who both helped me a lot and made my shopping today a great experience!

Excellent service - Great company - Very helpful

I have no complaint about this company. I have a good encounter with Dan and the team. I bought some RSC Box and Acrylic Packing Tape for my small business. Products were good in quality, value for money and they delivered those on time. I am one of the happy customers.

I have good experience with this company. They are simply straightforward while delivering their service. I've used their product a couple of times and am satisfied with the product price, quality and timely delivery to my doorsteps.

Bought several of the clamshell grills after upgrading from the old fantastic model. The new model is a complete disaster, not fit for purpose. Out of 5 we owned, all have had major issues in a short time frame. My main frustration has been over one particular machine. Its top motor broke in warranty, but they made us pay on the promise we will get refunded after they get the warranty paid from Taylor- unfortunately never got paid back.On Christmas Eve, our the main power unit blew. They booked us in several times over the next week, but unless you are a maccas store, every time they get a call from maccas, they bump your appointment. They finally came out and quoted another 6k to fix it. We asked to go ahead, got another appointment where two technicians will be out, but again got bumped for a maccas call, made another time, got bumped again and the third they never showed up. As it was now several weeks without a grill we purchased a different grill and are still awaiting a fix in August (I haven't chased them since March).In 14 years they haven't ever had enough technicians and unfortunately with the now famous maccas Taylor ice cream machine breaking daily, you have no power to get your main piece of equipment fixed. The taylor clamshell grill is as reliable as the Taylor ice cream machine (which is so unreliable its now a joke on social media)- a piece of junk that costs as much as a car. Its not fit for the purpose its sold and having talked to many owners of this grill, we all suffer the same issues.Im sure the other brands they sell are better, but service is probably just as difficult unless you are large enough to have a service contract in place.

Great products and prices and good people

Great fast and efficient service. Ordered some ECO bubble wrap to protect our online orders in the morning and it had arrived just after lunch the same day. Cheers guys & gals!
