front desk service is appalling, went in to play 9 hole golf took about 25 mins waiting there , both women behind the counter didn't speak very good English and they had no idea what they were doing , didn't explain where I needed to go even though I stated was first time I've done the 9 hole golf , didn't give me a score card or balls and had to wait whilst they proceeded to serve 4 or 5 other customers whilst leaving me there waiting , neither of them were welcoming or smiled , and then decided to tell me I needed to buy balls as well.Need to put competent staff behind the desk who have some idea of what customer service is and actually know about the facilities and services you offer and not just hire the cheapest staff that have no idea.Extremely put off by this. And don't feel like returning , we use the tennis quite a bit and have lessons there to so this is pretty disappointing.there was another customer who looked awkward seeing I still needed help and that there front desk person just ignored it , the same customer also had the same look in there eye losing their patience with them.

We only did the mini golf, and that's enough for 5 stars, what a brilliant little course!! Fair price too! Can't wait to come back and play some real golf. Thanks guys!

We held our sons 18th in the restaurant area and hired 3 bays at the driving range.Lovely venue. Very stylish, all the staff were professional & friendly. Special shout out to Rodrigo our events manager. He was very helpful. Eager to please and a pleasure to deal with.All our family and friends were impressed at the venue, bays, food, and value.A few are even considering future events here.

Please tell those Brazilian guys not just walk in and change the music to their ridiculous South American rubbish. And please get rid of the boxing equipment. Also too no one puts weights away and there’s never any staff

Another great ladies night at KDV driving range for Golf For Fun Ladies.. These guys are awesome, we will be back next soon.Highly recommend to hold your event here, staff are friendly and always willing to assist.

First time to visit on Sunday. Front staff were excellent, pricing was reasonable, and my wife and I had a ball (pun intended) playing padel tennis - also for the first time.Looking forward to using the driving range next visit.

I have only used the meeting room, mini golf and restaurant side of KDV Sports.The mini golf is a fun course and a short walk from the main complex.There are 2 meeting rooms. A downside is people must pass through the rear of the 1st one to get to the largest.I used the largest for a workshop and have also attended workshops here. Excellent facility with TVV and whiteboards.You can have classroom with desks or theatre style. Great natural lighting which can pose problems in the afternoons.Catering is available from the cafe/restaurant at reasonable rate.The cafe and bar lookout on to the driving range. I attend evening networking events here. Excellent relaxed atmosphere. Acoustics can make a group" talk difficult to hear. The public can also use the facility while the event is on.The KDV Sports Centre also has a shop selling sports equipment and clothing

This facility has changed a lot. There is no main dining area, only a takeaway area with minimal food. The bays were busy but no one was collecting the balls on the range.Feel a dress code and enclosed shoes should be worn to use the range and mini golf course. They have a very small par 3 course but it is really only a chip and putt.Has lost a lot of appeal since I last went.
