Yes another bad pizza delivery from crust gymea. Giving up from ordering here. Always always late. Always cold and overdone.

I think there stuck in the 60tes no efpos can not even tell the cook to wake up and start cooking

The pizza is great, but unfortunately they charge you $5 for delivery and this is not the first time they stuff up something from my order. Last time they gave me an expired bottle of coke and this time forgot to deliver the garlic bread. They promised to send someone right away.. even though it’s a 4 min drive they sent the garlic bread after 25 min.I’m not sure if they deserve a 3rd chance.

I had the pleasure of dining here with my girlfriend tonight. Fantastic service and vibe. The food was delicious, the carpaccio and tiramisu were our favourites. I will be back!

Never been treated so poorly in my life.The manager and the second manager do not know any customer service whatsoever. Condescending, and entitlement is super high.Saw the same guys also treating the Uber Staff poorly. Do they know that Uber drivers are also their customers? I don’t think so.I will never ever come back to this place. Also not everybody there was wearing masks of if they were it was on their chin.So what’s the point?Anyway I’m sure is not all staff is bad, but there are 2 guys there(manager) and probably the second manager, they seemed to get the title way over their heads.

I bought a family size lasagna with ricotta and spinach, very disappointed as I thought it would of been as good as a home made one for the price, $30... The only difference from a supermarket mass produced one is that it had more Parmesan cheese on the top. I won't be back to buy.

Have ordered here twice now, both times picked up a pizza and spaghetti bolognese, must say considering the reviews I had great expectations but both times I have been let down. Pizza is overly buttery with minimal toppings and the spaghetti has been really dry with poor portion of meat and sauce to pasta ratio.Customer service is great, but the food isn't for us.

Just had my baby shower that had 75 guests attend. Staff were so attentive and awesome! Ruby was so lovely to deal leading up to the event and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day! So many guests commented about the lovely decor in the room and it was so spacious for everyone. The food was beautiful and timed so lovely. Will definitely recommend hosting any functions here and will be hosting more here in future!
