Dr Tripp is wonderful, you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients which is such a special thing to find. Also easy to book, great facilities, calm atmosphere (which is rare for a doctors clinic). Highly recommend!

Southern IML Pathology
This is not a reflection on the staff, they are so nice and professional. But, where is the receptionist? My partner went there today and waited for forty minutes only to be told they did not do the test he needed. Patients have to manage who is next .Corrimal is a very busy place and deserves a much better service? What is the issue? His GP was not impressed. A receptionist is needed to manage the practice. Cost cutting?

I hope there is 0 star. The open time shows on the door is 8:00am and on form is 7:30am. A few elderly people already waiting outside of the door stars from 7:30am or earlier. The Nurse who’s has the key shows up at 8:20am without apologize and seems it is an everyday practice for her. This is rude and ridiculous. If you do have choice pick other locations other than this one.

I got my blood taken today by Brittany and she was so lovely and professional! I hate blood tests and get really nervous but she was so kind and talked me through it all and made me feel much more comfortable. Also the most painless blood draw I’ve ever had! Can’t recommend her enough, I wouldn’t want to see anyone else!

Laverty Pathology
This place has lost my results in the past, the employees are never polite. There is currently an old lady working there who struggles with the most basic of tasks. Go elsewhere, it's not worth the headache of going to laverty at lisarow.

This is the only pathology clinic I trust!! Ria is the most amazing woman, not only is super friendly and kind, she makes the blood test so painless and easy to do!I often faint from needles but never have with Ria taking my blood. She always talks to me until I forget it’s even happening and I have to even ask if it’s doneCan’t recommend this clinic or Ria enough !!

Very poor customer service. You enter and ring and wait and the staff ignores the full waiting room. Walking by and avoiding to look at the people waiting when there is obviously nobody in the collection rooms. I understand that the staff might have other tasks too, but at least an acknowledgement and some information that we need to wait or how much we would need to wait would be appropriate.
