Admin staff and nurses were kind and patient. Absolutely lovely to chat with.Dr Allada, however, was dismissive and didn't explain the findings. My heart stopped during a surgery and I was referred to find out why.Over 4 appointments and a lot of money, I saw him for 10 minutes on the final trip.I tried to tell him I had a family history of cardiomyopathy - he cut me off and told me family history doesn't matter for this"

Staff is polite and knowledgeable. Less waiting periods. Doctors are very friendly and experienced.Overall good experience.

A dear friend whom I have known since college days ; Dr Raj Khillan is not only a bright & intelligent doctor but more importantly, a great human being.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. We were kept waiting extensively, with zero communication. I found some of the reception staff to be quite dismissive and rude. Dr Ala Mustafa was fine but I think he needs to reconsider how he takes on patients because I don’t believe it was a very streamlined process at all.

I highly recommend Dr Raj Khillan as an paediatrician.Dr Raj Khillan is very knowledgeable and professional also kind to patient and attentive to our needs.He always takes time to listen to our concerns and explain things in a way that we can understand.His office staff is also very friendly and accommodating.We feel lucky to have found such a wonderful paediatrician for our child and highly recommend Dr Khillan to any one looking for exceptional care for their little ones.

I was less than impressed with my experience with this organisation. I was referred by my GP to this group so I made an appointment for a sleep test. My appointment was conducted in the reception area rather than in a consulting room which I thought was odd, rather public and unprofessional in my mind. I was given limited information and was instructed to watch a Youtube clip for instructions to set everything up which I was ok with but it was quick and no info was given about the process. I called 8 days later after dropping the unit back to the office as I was not sure what happened from here and I was informed the results should be available by now and was advised by the receptionist after checking she would send them to my GP. I asked if she would send the results this afternoon which she replied yes and I said so I can make an appointment with my GP from tomorrow which she acknowledged. I had an appointment the following day with my GP who did not have the results as promised only what was termed ‘Provisional results’. My GP did not believe the data he was sent was final and correct. I called CRS back to find the girl not very helpful and when I advised about the provisional data I think she realised there must’ve been an error and then advised me the results were not in and did not know when they would be as there is a backlog so that wasn't very helpful or inspiring. I advised I spoke with someone there yesterday who said the results were available and I had wasted a GP appointment with conflicting information. I wasn’t happy after this and I have asked my GP to refer me elsewhere as I was not happy with the interaction with this company.

Dr Quinton Yang and team were reassuring, friendly and always aware of the added stress of driving four hours each way for an appointment. Very professional and happy to be a patient of this clinic.

I was most surprised to read of a patient’s perceived negative experience with Dr Nowakowski and his staff. I attended the clinic for a stress test two weeks ago. The staff were efficient and friendly and Dr Kris was knowledgeable and clear in his explanation. He was very approachable, even joking that l should get a plaque for doing so well in the test. I found his practice of dictating the letter to the GP in front of us transparent and helpful, allowing me to clarify things on the way through.
