First appointment was in October 2022 with Dr Deepika Jadhav to get some clarification of my son’s behaviours and to talk medication as nothing else has helped over last few years as he has just been diagnosed with ADHD & learning difficulties. I was disappointed that she told my 12yr old son that he is over weight. That did not go well with my son’s already low self confidence. When I received the report back regarding the consultation we had, the report had a few things that were incorrect and mixed up from what his other siblings are going through.. I went back this month (November) with my daughter as she has a few diagnoses including autism, ADHD, psychosocial disability and learning difficulties to again get some clarification on behaviours and medication and got denied any help and she is referring my daughter back to mental health team because she feels my daughters mental health over weighs the behaviours? I’m 95% sure that my daughters mental health has gone south due to her behaviour issues. Unfortunately my experience felt like a waste of my time and my kids emotions were again disregarded.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. I got told they had my referral and will be in contact with an appointment time in 2 weeks, with an approximate 6 month wait. 4 months later, I call back and say I never received a phone call. They then call back a few days later saying the exact same thing. Nsw health were then involved and my referral went magically missing.Books are apparently now closed. They just delayed my child a further 6 months of getting any sort of help.This is not good enough, they are playing with the welfare of children. They are unorganised and rude! Don't waste your time

I received outstanding service at Brighton Eyewear. I went into the store expecting to purchase a pair of multifocal designer glasses and walked out having paid only $20. I was told I simply needed to lubricate my eyes regularly and there was no need for a change of script. They could’ve taken advantage of me and clearly didn’t and I look forward to purchasing my next pair of glasses from them.I would highly recommend them.

I wandered in with a pair of glasses that an arm pin had fallen out of, that were from another retailer, and the girls at Brighton Eyewear looked after me beautifully. They were very friendly and they fixed my glasses without charge! Awesome service and I will be back next time I need a new pair of glasses.
