A wonderful experience of prenatal yoga, with a dedicated and thoughtful instructor. Lots of options and variations given depending on your stage of pregnancy. A nurturing space to focus on your mind, body, and growing baby.I would definitely recommend for those who want to take time out to focus on themselves and their baby, and also to develop options for labour and birth poses.

Clyde has been looking after my spinal health for ages. Due to poor posture, injuries and a sedentary lifestyle, I constantly experience tightness and pain in the neck, upper back and lower back. Thankfully I found Clyde, who has helped restore me from being stiff like a robot to being able to move freely and function again on numerous occassions. Apart from the spine, he has also treated me for shoulder, ankle and hip issues with good results. All in all, I'd highly recommend him if you are seeking pain relief and recovery from your musculoskeletal problems.

After one of her amazing pregnancy massages I decided to get a birth package with Dee for my birth at home that included massage, a birthing from within class, yoga, birth attendance and post natal care. I'm very glad I did because I felt so supported and prepared before, during and after. Dee is very passionate and knowledgeable, we also felt very comfortable with her which was important as it was only Dee, my husband and myself present at the birth. I feel that due to Dee's knowledge and care I had a very stress free pregnancy, a beautiful home birth and now have an extremely healthy and happy baby who is a dream to care for. I truely believe this is due to the lack of intervention and a calm holistic approach. Thank you Dee for your support through my 42 week pregnancy and beyond, it's not easy to navigate pregnancy and birth with so much information out there, so having a guide who shares my values was invaluable x

Such a great exercise class to do with Bubs. It’s been a fun and rewarding way to exercise. Where you feel like you’ve worked out properly - all while Bubs is asleep in the carrier. Jen and Krystelle are so energetic, friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be doing again!

Jennifer gives amazing pregnancy massage - you actually feel like it helps you every time! I also got induction massage at 38weeks and went into labour that night!

I accessed this service via Telehealth and Lyndal (Dubbo) was amazing. She was kind, patient and professional. I’m very appreciative this service exists, it’s such a steep learning curve, it’s good have access to professional help.

I was lucky enough to find Kristy during my pregnancy and was able to do a lovely course of pregnancy yoga, followed by mums and bubs pilates once bub was born! Always so kind and welcoming, the team at Shine are wonderful!! Highly recommend! x ❤️

Shaun is excellent, very professional and knows his stuff ..I have been to a number of Physio but I will highly recommend Shaun.. I wasn't going to register this years winter soccer comp due to the aggravating pain in my left Achilles tendon. I went and saw Shaun in Feb'20 and with only 3 sessions he told me with confidence that I will be able play with no issues and to register again. We are now almost towards the end of the comp and my Achilles is holding strong .. thanks to Shaun!

I've tried so many physiotherapists over the years for a number of issues and Shaun is by far the best I've experienced. Very knowledgeable and skilled, professional, polite and down to earth. The sessions are never rushed and my time with the therapist is not shared with other clients. I feel Shaun is focused on treating the problem and getting results rather than stringing out the treatments for the sake of getting me back in the door (though fair to say I won't be going anywhere or to anyone else now). Only wish I found this practice sooner! The clinic is clean, easily accessible and there's lots of street parking which is convenient. I agree 100% with all the other reviews on here, with only one average review from someone who thought this was an aquarium shop!

I highly recommend to everyone. I absolutely loved my time with these lovely people. Felt so comfortable, their room is like a movie theatre with its amazing guest chairs. They are very comfortable and the bed I laid on is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. My parents also loved every minute of it as well. They make you feel very relaxed and at home. I’ll be definitely coming back ♥️
