I've had my service done there for 8 years before Yamaha took dealer off them could not find another place to go till I heard about bells creek . I stopped riding my bike because it needed a service couldn't find a nother place that I was happy with . I got a message from rod kamp that he started again at bells creek, got my bike serviced there last week couldn't be happyer it was like finding my best friends again, great job with service very happy

We recently bought a stand-up Kawasaki JetSki from Newcastle JetSki Centre. We just want to make a big shout out to Mark for his amazing service from answering fresh customer enquiries to his wealth of knowledge and ensuring the JetSki was delivered in immaculate condition to our location (in Western Australia) Mark has been wonderful with assisting us from start to finish with purchasing our dream JetSki. He was able to answer all our questions with confidence and he was able to walk us through the whole process in a manner that was simple and easy to understand. He even went out of his way (literally drove hours!) to have the JetSki packed securely in the freight collection depot. His outstanding customer service skills and dedication to his role certainly went a long way. He is truly an asset to the company. We highly recommend him and his team !!

Friendly before money or problems became an issue. $2800 for work another (competent) shop charge well under half that for (I know as I have receipts showing the other shops charge for the same work on the same model bike). Actually tried to charge me over $4k with severe overcharging for hours for each part of the job! Slow (and you pay full rates for them to learn on the job) and therefore expensive and as it turned out - incompetent.Installed an incorrect vital part - a set piston rings - despite the correct part number being in the instructions. (and I twice politely asked if they were sure about it). BTW - I only discovered this when they sent me their receipt for the rings from the distributor (otherwise I would never have known and any subsequent engine damage as a result would be considered my fault no doubt).Bike (virtually new - only a few 1000 km old when the work was done) was returned with an oil leak, hoses not properly connected. Even broke my top box handle (but didn't 'fess up to that).Ok mistakes can happen, but they have a terrible attitude to remedying them - basically denial followed by insults and finally non response (after promising they would on my return from being away).I'm sure they'll somehow try to blame me for this and deny any fault. All my interaction was by email (so I, or they, didn't forget anything) or in person, which they were ok with. Yet when there was a problem they tried to phone me when I had told them I was away and unavailable by phone.I got them to do the complete job as they're the Royal Enfield dealer and to save warranty. I thought they'd know what they're doing (so do a good job, not overcharge). I was prepared for a little 'Tassie tax' as I have been going through cancer treatment so wanted hassle free job.Left me with a faulty bike I can't ride for fear of damage which I'll have to either DIY or take to a competent shop on the mainland.

What a champion ! Had a little issue with my outboard motor and was sorted out quickly and professionally… highly recommended.
