Pet adoption service

Very rude and unfriendly I assume owner or manager. She was not helpful or nice. Young man Nathan however very nice seemed embarrassed by way I was treated. Won't be shopping there and would not recommend based on this one experience. I'll stick to pet barn lismore always friendly and helpful

Friendly but i had an accident there after shopping where I painfully hit the concrete after stumbling on an uneven rubber mat surface - still haven't heard from the company - its like they think that is not important and my injury doesnt matter even though i am a very regular customer at the Dural store

They jad just had a pet drive so wasn't many cats. But the one I was interested in meeting was there. Everything explained well about the animal and they made sure you would be a fit.Adoption process extremely easy.

I think I was almost conned. The address I was given to view the dog was not the same as in Google maps.The dog was not the friendly dog in the pictures. The dog I was shown was barking savagely with the hair on its back sticking up and throwing its self at me. I was very glad the fence was there. The bloke kept telling me She is not aggressive!"The dog looked very unkempt."

Adopted two amazing dogs from Save-a-Dog. Indie (see photo) was one of their longest residents, had been there 3 years (due to complicated allergy issues). It is a no-kill shelter. I recently started volunteering there on Saturdays.

Good and attentive vets and nurses, I take both my 15yo cat and a 11yo dog there, they always receive good care, vaccinations or treatment.

i come here monthly to get my food for the frequent feeder discount and one of the girls here (i don’t actually know her name sorry) has been on the whole journey with my newest kitten! she started with a recommendation of baby food for my kitten and i’ve specifically come to mile end petbarn ever since.they have such a wide range here of absolutely everything which is so helpful, i’ve managed to get most of both my cats things from this store alone. litter boxes, toys, food & water bowls, flea treatments, and treats.staff are knowledgeable and ease any worries i may have with my cats, they always have good advicei will be back in a few weeks then a few weeks after that and so on, keep up the great customer service!

It is absolutely UNNECESSARY to have the dog nail clipping at such an expensive price!! $18 for a 5 minute service??!! This is just GREEDY.Staff are rude and indifferent.MINUS 5 stars.

The vet was scared of our puppy, there is a first for everything i guess.. Then he said his conjunctivitis was fine and no treatment required. The conjunctivitis got worse, took him to our normal vet (hamilton) who were furious with the advice received from wallsend vet and gave pup antibiotics straight away.

Store was clean and well laid out. Staff were excellent and I was treated like an expecting parent when purchasing items for a new puppy. Thanks for the great experience.
