Pet moving service

We were away for 4 weeks and our two (very spoilt) dogs were extremely well looked after. We loved getting photo updates and the girls looked happy in all the pics. Highly recommend Cawarral Boarding Kennels.

Jetpets was amazing with my darling staffy zero. They made him feel safe and comfortable and always updated me with what was going on. I was also able to track the flight and make sure he was on time as well which was lovely. I couldn't have thanked them enough for getting my baby to me safely from Cairns to Brisbane. Thank you jetpets you're awesome! ❤️

A huge thank you and appreciation for the staff at Hanrob Warringah Mall. I have had a few terrible experiences in dog parks before and now found a facility that I can enjoy watching my boy play happily and safely because of the care and attention the staff provide. Wonderful service!

Our move with Crown was very simple, despite doing an international move in the midst of a worldwide pandemic. Very professional staff and any problems were resolved very quickly.

Sue Carter and her team at Relocation Services Australia have been absolutely brilliant - especially Andrea. I am not understating things when I say that I could not have done what I needed to do for this relocation without her. She was very helpful in the early stages in getting me to think through what was important to me in a living environment. She guided me to think about important things I hadn’t considered, but at the same time she listened carefully to to me so that in matters where our personal tastes differed, she wasn’t driven by her own personal tastes in the advice she gave me. That’s quite a gift, and Andrea has it in spades. Her help was also invaluable towards the end of the process when I had to make some very quick but major decisions, and she inspected a couple of units on very short notice for me - for which I am extremely grateful!I also appreciated Andrea’s support generally. She understood the burden of looking for a new place to live, and encouraged me all the way along by listening, and looking online for me, and sending me texts on a Saturday evening reminding me to take a break after a long day of looking at properties.I could not speak more highly of Andrea or of Relocation Services Australia, and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation!

A booking was made by the breeder under my details & Move My Pets emailed me the itinerary. It was scheduled later than I was originally advised so, not wanting to wait, I cancelled and drove from VIC to NSW on my own to pick up my pup. Mind you, I suffer from glaucoma so it wasn’t an easy task; I had to spread the trip out over 4 days as I can’t drive at night.Belinda responded to my civil email requesting full refund in such a rude & aggressive manner that I followed it up with a phone call to Darryl. He explained that since the breeder paid them, the refund request needed to come from her. This is totally fair but why this couldn’t be conveyed by Belinda in her email reply escapes me. You seriously need to work on your customer service skills, Belinda!The breeder has since fully refunded my payment but according to their “terms & conditions” she will only be entitled to a 50% refund. Apparently 9 days is not enough notice for them to consider a full refund! Their lame explanation being “logistics is carefully planned to run on a schedule not just day to day.”Like me, they are based in Melbourne so howmy cancelling their service impacted on their logistics is beyond me; they were returning to Melbourne anyway!’If they treat humans like this, I would shudder to think how they treat our beloved pets!
