My husband and I have been going to Pete for the last couple years and have noticed such a massive improvement! My almost 4 month old Bub started going to Peter when he was just 8 weeks old as he wouldn't turn his head to the right because it was so stiff! After 1 session we noticed a big difference and now after a few more sessions he has no problem turning his head. Pete is extremely gentle when working on babies and often I held my little boy and he would gently Tap and feel his back etc while my baby was laying on my chest. I highly recommend Peter and wouldn't trust anyone else with my family.

Thanks to Micky at Aspire health & rehab I have been able to not only recover from some back issues that occurred during pregnancy but I have regained strength & fitness including my pelvic floor after continued mums and bubs classes over the last 6 months.

Hubert worked with me after a bad ACL injury and got me to a point where I was able to ski (with a brace) 6 months after surgery. He provided me with an exercise regime and also moral support that saw me through some tough times. Highly recommended.

My experience with Aspire Health and Rehab has been excellent. I was first treated for injury associated with high level sport and this treatment kept me playing hockey at my best each week. I then utilised Aspire Health and Rehab for post natal exercise classes. I had pelvic floor issues linked to an intense labour and their knowledge and treatment was fantastic.
