Physician referral service

I've only ever come across one rude doctor here and I haven't seen her since. Other than that, this place is great! The nurses and front staff are always so helpful and welcoming. My son just loves them! The doctors I see regularly are very informative and kind :)

Rudest reception staff I have ever come across. Four negative RAT Tests and they told me to go and have a PCR test done elsewhere before seeing a doctor for a sore throat. You can walk around the community testing positive now but not allowed to see the doctor even after testing negative, what a joke.

I have attended North Beach Medical for over 5 years now and continue to do so despite my having moved away from from the North Beach area, Dr Storer is easily amongst the best doctors I have ever had to date, one of the things that stands out for me is his being very informative and always happy to explain the details of treatment I receive, also he discusses treatment options rather than just telling me what is going to be done is another thing that puts him ahead of other doctors I've had in the past, all the staff at North Beach Medical are friendly and respectful people in my experience and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering getting treatment there

Tried to book a physical doctors appointment but could not due to symptoms (I don’t have covid). I was then told I wasn’t eligible for a Telehealth appointment as I hadn’t been to the practice for 12 months. This is the only doctor I’ve been to for the past 15 years so booking with another clinic was not that simple. My only option was to clog up the hospital system for some basic medication. No wonder the hospitals are so overwhelmed right now!

replying also to a previous post yes the surgery was closed but another dr could not be found to cover them, things happen and they are the nicest doctors around so dont believe everything you read,

The Staff at Kosmac and Clemens were great. Very thorough vision assessment, great advice when choosing glasses and very friendly throughout my experience with them. Thanks for being so great

Rang yesterday as my son was experiencing bad pain in his ear, was told to come down and they will see my son once Doctors had finished lunch, bring him down to be told no there is already 2 waiting for walk in appointments, son is crying in agony at this point, no compassion, the only person who helped was the lady from pharmacy next door who was lovely and so helpfull. Waiting another 20mins go back in go be told you may aswell go home as there is still 2 people waiting and it could be hours. What a joke.

Very rude people!

The Doctors at this clinic are really good. They actually look at you rather than the computer, and have a holistic approach to managing health issues. We just don't have enough of them!

These office is ridiculous takes until 2.10pm to even get the phone answered and never get checked properly by doctor....
