I have ordered several items from this company. Initially products were great and good quality and received them very quickly. Then I ordered a foil balloon that popped as soon as I started blowing it up and a number sparkler that failed to sparkle, which was extremely disappointing as I was using this instead of a candle for my daughters first birthday. The customer service in dealing with these faulty items was terrible, they simply said balloons are out of their control whether they will work or not and wanted a picture to prove this (as if I kept a popped balloon). If this information was on their website I would not have ordered as I wouldn't have ordered a balloon for a birthday with the knowledge of 'maybe it won't work.I have not received any further response regarding the sparkler (which no doubt is out of their control as well). And I actually have a video of this not sparkling after several attempts. I will not bother ordering from this company again, especially for a children's party as I don't like disappointed children.
