Such a fantastic experience with Matthias and his team. I contacted them through gumtree and received a response straight away. The piano was serviced, tuned and polished and delivered to me the next day even though I live a little out of Canberra. The delivery was seamless, especially for a house with a small entry and hallways. I am thrilled with my new purchase. Piano rescuers Canberra do such fantastic work to provide high quality instruments at extremely reasonable prices. It is great to know I can give a new life to a used piano and thanks to Matthias and his team it sounds like it is brand new off the show room floor.

We bought a Casio PX-870, which we were very happy with, however the unit had a fault out of the box... Daniel was awesome in liaising with Casio, and it was no issue to get the unit swapped with a brand new one. Daniel always kept us in the loop with calls and emails about the exchange. I am an adult beginner learning to play by using online resources and books with next to no idea what I’m doing. I contacted House of Pianos a couple of weeks ago via email seeking information on digital pianos. I promptly received a reply from Stewart with some suggestions and an invitation to come and try a number in stock. I visited the store on Saturday afternoon and walked out with a lovely new piano that same day. Stewart treated me with the utmost respect despite my lack of experience, provided me with sound advice and ultimately a lovely product. His customer service from start to finish meant I didn’t even bother looking elsewhere as the experience was so easy. I’m looking forward to continuing my piano journey and hope that one day I can do my beautiful new instrument justice.

Steve is very knowledgeable, he gives genuine advice according to your need without the feel of hard selling either. He even offers to deliver our piano with his vehicle because one, I currently have an elbow issue lifting heavy objects and two we live close by. Knowledge, price, and services, this place ticked all the boxes, highly recommend if you are after a piano.

The Piano Rescuers did a wonderful job on a very challenging task - moving my upright piano up a narrow external staircase. They also gave my piano a good clean. Thank you for getting my piano out of my rental property at short notice before my lease ended and for defying the laws of physics to get it into my new first floor apartment.
