Farm
A very large cherry farm that includes variety of cherry types to pick. Free entry, $10 per kg pick your own, a very good deal that fill your thirst of the desire of fresh and delicious fruit. Recommendation: to improve a clearer instructions on arrival as visitor will easily get lost in choosing cherry tree rows. Also, the grass and weeds between rows need mowing.

Kookootonga Chestnut and Walnut Farm
Second year visiting. Great day out under the sun. We visited during the middle of the season and there were plenty of big, shiny chestnuts still.Alot of the walnuts had fallen still in their fruit so all you had to do was give it a rub under your shoe for the nut to loosen out.Unfortunately there were alot of people breaking off branches to beat the nuts off the trees. More supervision is needed.

Payne's Orchards
Despite the gloomy weather when we visited, we had a fantastic time. There were more than enough apples to pick and a variety, too. There was Fuji, Yellow delicious, Red delicious, and granny smith. Everyone ended up enjoying the yellow delicious, which I originally came to pick. Let s support our local farmers.

Was told about this place and so we stopped in. So glad we did as it was excellent.Great service. Fantastic toasties, scones and cakes.The blended ice cream looks good so we might have to stop in again.

Pennyroyal Raspberry Farm & Cafe
What a spot to spend a December day. Got a great haul of delicious, organic berries and had a beautiful lunch. Great food, great coffee. The berry crepes are incredible. Also had the Crucible board and Crucible cider which were delicious. The new owners have made this place something very special. Can’t wait to visit again.
