Store claims to custom make, they don’t know what there doingMade our couch too short even though measurements were given.When we tried to fix it they didn’t want to help at all.Also staff member telling us it’s our fault we should have confirmed with the owner correct measurements as his old now and get confused.No one should purchase from people don’t help.Terrible terrible store. It’s sad when you save your money to have something customMade for a particular place and it doesn’t work out.

They deliver wrong big storage bed frame which doesn't fit with bed head(53 kilos), 200 kilos all parts together , west my 3 hours left me in situation where can't leave all this in my bedroom, has move and put this back.Also deliver wrong tallboy without asking me, because the one I ordered wasn't in stock, destroyed my whole weekend to keep chasing them. Never recommend any one to go this place

Bit expensive but nice furniture

I purchased a beautiful French Provincial console table a few months ago, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the craftsmanship. The intricate details on the legs and tabletop make it a stunning piece of furniture, and it has become the centerpiece of my entryway. The size is perfect for a narrow space, and the drawer provides convenient storage for keys and other small items. The only downside is that the finish is prone to scratches, but overall, it's a wonderful addition to my home.

Couldn't be happier with Peter and the service he provided. I was after a specific mattress and Peter was able to offer a great price, and make recommendations for a base and headboard. Just a pleasure to deal with all around. Delivery was smooth and the bed arrived much earlier than expected! Highly recommended.

Furniture are just overpriced and not even premium quality so no excuse just because there is small competition doesn't justify it.

My fav furniture store in Coffs Harbour!! MacLeod's has an excellent range with items in stock - a different experience for me in other stores. Sales service was great. They even remembered me a week later when I called to lock in an order. The delivery guys were friendly, efficient and moved my old lounge out of the way. And finally post sales service. I got a call on delivery day to make sure everything was ok. Love my new leather lounge and love MacLeod's.

She is very professional, informative, friendly, patient and helpful in helping us finding the right bed and organised the right date & time for the delivery. I would recommend her unreservedly.

Took delivery this week of a timber desk and a custom made library unit for my study from Chris at Home Pine Furniture and I couldn’t be happier. Chris was a pleasure to deal with and assisted me with the custom design to maximise storage and fit perfectly into a tricky space.The quality of the items is great and I’m particularly pleased with the finishing. From the sleek design, smooth surfaces and even colour matched to blend in with some existing pieces.All Australian made which was a must for me.Overall, the quality, design and price was unmatched when compared with other places I looked and I would highly recommend the buying experience I had from Home Pine Furniture.
