I was looking for a company in Sydney that sells professional heat sealers and decided to buy it from Get Packed.Their customer service is fantastic! Since I didn't have any experience with plastic sealers, they were able to demonstrate me different kind of products that they are selling and I was able to test their products with my own plastic bags as well.I think they really stand out in customer service and understanding what you are trying to use their products for and advising on what's suitable.Also, they do have a great stock - other companies that I received a quote from had a lead time between 3-5 days, whereas I was able to just go there and pick it up straight away.I highly recommend Get Packed for anything around packaging. Make sure to give them a visit and have a look at what they have in stock, just to get an idea what else you might get from them.Many thanks to the team at Get Packed, especially to Kieren and David who both helped me a lot and made my shopping today a great experience!

If I could have given zero stars I would have. We recently had our shrink wrapping machine serviced/repaired, I went in yesterday 10.05.22 to pay for it & pick it up. I entered their showroom & proceeded to stand at the counter, there was a lady sitting at her desk who I have no doubt would have heard & seen me enter, however she never greeted me. I rang the bell on the counter, another lady walked out, also never greeted me, walked into the showroom, did something then walked back behind the counter, she still never greeted me. The first lady decided to take a call, then after her call proceeded to talk to a collegue, maybe she could have got up & informed someone I was standing there!. I then rang the bell on the counter for a 2nd time quite loud, a man decided to get up from his desk & half heartedly greeted me. I haven't come across such poor customer service in sometime, it was applauling to say the least. Being a manager myself if my staff were to conduct themselves in this way I wouldn't be to happy. We will be looking to take our business elsewhere.
