Took a custom made cycling jersey to Pete as the sizing wasn’t quite right. A totally different material to what most tailors would normally work on. He did magic on this jersey. Got it exactly how I wanted it and you couldn’t tell at all it’s been altered. Looks great.Highly recommend

So annoying. I have been trying for 11 months to use a store credit but the Canberra shop never has anything in my size, and won’t get stock in without treating it as an online order (and I can’t use my credit for that). It is ridiculous that you can only get a store credit for an online purchase return and then that it can only be used in the shop you returned the item to. If I had known that I would have returned the item to a shop in Sydney (where there is likely to be more sizes available).

Taking Shape Northcote Clearance Store
Service here is very hit and miss. I drive for an hour to get to the outlet and today get a hello on my way in, then wander around for 1/2hr. Try on some items, get a are you ok on way out. Other times I’ve had a lovely experience with the sales staff. Very disappointed today
