Lived in Annandale/Camperdown for over 12 years but never knew this place had a fully stocked hardware store. The young Brazilian guy working in the mill (cutting timber) was a pleasure to deal with (a credit to your company). Ladies at the counter were a pleasure to deal with. All other staff were helpful. My go to hardware store going forward! Great service provided by all!

The team at big river group are really helpful. They were happy to source specialty plywood from their other locations and ship them all the way to Townsville.They have recently grown and I have a feeling us regional areas are going yo benefit from their multiple locations around Australia.Big shout out to the Townsville and Brisbane crew for being so helpful. We had to replace a 12 m fence, so the Bunker was the place to check out the options what to get. What a choice. You see all the timber you want to build a new house!I also needed logs forlandscaping. One of the employees - a young lady called Amber - went out of her way - explaining the pros and cons - helping with the measuring, etc. of the fence timber planks and posts. The prices are great as well. The choices made - thanks to the efficient staff - the fence is in the finishing stages.
