I shopped here recently and was impressed with the layout, product variety and prices. I needed touch up spray paint which was out of stock. The helpful salesman phoned other branches and arranged for it to be kept aside for me. I was also able to purchase some incredible bargains.

I’d like to post this review to give the highest praise for your staff member at the Penrith store - Craig.I went into the store today with some issues about wiring up dual air horns to my car.I had a chat to Craig and being an ex auto-electrician, he knew exactly what I was talking about and exactly how to remedy the problem I was having.He took the time to explain to me what I needed to do, pointed me in the direction of the right parts and even drew me a diagram of how to wire the relays up.Subsequently, I got home and did all i needed to do, and there was still one slight issue. So I headed back into Penrith supercheap and spoke to Craig again.Once more he was amazing and recognised what had gone wrong. (Fuse was too low of an amperage).So all I had to do was grab a different fuse and everything worked perfectly!I don’t often write reviews, but Craig went way above and beyond what I hoped for, and I would appreciate it if he could be formally recognised by management in some way.It’s not often that one comes across such a wonderfully knowledgeable and helpful person like this.Thanks supercheap and a special thankyou to Craig!

Good products. Never have I seen so many staff chatting to each other. Another customer helped me instead. Cheers kind stranger.

I was served by Jack at the Menai NSW store. He was so nice. I called to ask if he had a part that I needed, he not only checked on his computer to see if he has stock, he physically when to the shelf and looked. Only then did I drive over to pick it up as my local store (Bankstown) didn't have stock. He kept it behind the counter for me as I explained my situation.What excellent customer service. They do not even deserve one star for customer service. The girl on Reception told me to wait for half an hour for the mechanic, after 45 mins we asked again, the girl rudely said to us you can come tomorrow we are not sure when the mechanic will come. I have no idea which company allows more than 45 mins lunch break.they do not value the customer's time.Poor service. would not recommend.

Just went in to get a set of roof racks for my subaru - it was Sunday pm so staff will be tired after a long day. First staff member friendly and directed me straight to a staff member who could help. Staff member took me direct to the product, talked me through the install and took the product to check out - which he didnt need to do. Check out staff member then offered to carry product to my car (again he didnt need to but did) great service
