Pond contractor

It was very poor service and very expensive for charging $110 in 10 minutes of quoting. The Quotation was so expensive too. So It is impossible to ask them to fix a little leaking fish pond and paying around 4K. In the end I lost $110 just in 10 minutes. I was so upset. Hope everyone one never ask them to do the job.

I ordered waterfall foam, and within the next day it had arrived at my doorstep. The delivery had continuous updates on it's tracking, and arrived in great condition. Great service.

I attempted contacted this company 4 times to inquire / get a quote for a recreation pond. I initially completed their online inquiry form and when I didn't hear anything after 2 weeks called and spoke with a lady who said to send an email. I then sent an email and when I didn't hear anything after another 2 weeks again called and spoke with the same lady who said that Pat will definitely" be in contact soon... I was never contacted. In the meantime she emailed me a brochure on their recreational ponds which listed a starting price of $60000. I was shocked as their website clearly says that they can work to any budget. We thought we had a healthy budget of around $40000 but this company evidently do not want our earned money and will certainly not be getting it."

I first spoke to a guy called Rick, he was super happy to explain things, after asking me to leave my details and the size of the pond, he said he email prices of what I needed. I didn’t hear back from him after a few days, 7 calls later I still haven’t made a purchase, I decided to purchase elsewhere and they price matched. So I am officially not a customer, but to say the service is non existent is an understatement.
