Chris did a fantastic job on the stains on the pool. He was very helpful and friendly and very reasonable price compared to other places I had contacted. Can honestly say he went above and beyond what I have been used to with other pool shops

So so impressed with the customer service from here. I ordered a start up kit for my spa, the shopping experience was easy and seamless. I received an email from Josh extending his thanks and letting me know he was there for any support which I thought was lovely! My package arrived quickly with no issues with a hand written note thanking me for my order. It really is those small little touches that make shopping with a family run business so great. I won't be shopping anywhere else for any of my spa products! Great work guys.

Unfortunately not the best experience for us. Would have been good if it had worked out as they are close to us. They were non-responsive about issues we were having with our pool. Dismissive of any questions asked. Never addressed any complaints we had.Generally did nothing we asked for.Very unfortunate.Amendment: Trina is absolutely lovely and she is very knowledgeable and kind in the way she helps people. I would recommend you leave all communication with your clients to her. Terence, you have a bit to learn about how to deal with customer relations.From sending abusive emails to someone leaving a negative review, to also coming into our backyard for a service, seeing us standing there and not even saying Hello I'm Terence

Jade, Robbi and the team at Platinum are the bomb when it comes to everything pool and spa. They have been helping me keep my pool at optimum level for almost 6 years. They always have the right advice and will always take the time to talk it through with you. They are super friendly and efficient with top notch product knowledge and customer service. Highly recommended.

Gary is amazing at what he does and is so friendly and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs someone to look after their pool.

Had the most positive retailExperience at Poolworx Turramurra. Fantastic service, care and the fastest assistance I’ve ever had. Owen was just an absolute delight to deal with. I Wont look elsewhere for a pool shop after this experience.

I had been using Peninsula Pools for over 20 years but no longer. I had a leak in the Multi-valve and needed a new 'spider gasket'. Was told by Peninsula Pools that the part was not available and the only solution was to replace the whole filter at a cost of $2,500.I then went to the other pool shop on Darley St and was told they could get the part the following day. It ended up costing me about $25 and it is now working perfectly.Seems they put their profit ahead of the customers' best interest.

Friendly staff but boss is extremely abusive to customers and employees, abuses, yells and swears at employees in front of customers in the store doesn't matter if there's 1 or 10 customers in store, awkward as.

Ian went above and beyond to source an O ring for me. All the staff at the counter are always very attentive and pleasant to deal based on good old fashion customer service. Keep up the good work!
