Pool hall

Found this walking about the town, as visiting for the weekend. Saw cocktails available sign.We found a nice spot outside. The barman was so friendly. He had never made espresso martinnis before, did an awesome job, so ordered 2 rounds.They had no hot food available other than some pizzas. They were ok.Great customer service.Well done.Update 25 March 2023. Revisited Tumut, same friendly barman, another round of perfect Espresso Martinnis, had a great chat with him and other friendly team members. Said Barman made us Cosmopolitans, the best I have ever had. This venue is truly Tumuts Cocktail Hub! Well worth popping in for a bevvie or 3 and a meal.

Yeah not bad. Mainly gwailous and white and Indian ppl, not many Asians. It’s a good venue but personally prefer icue near MC because it’s more centrally located and yeah

I love my new pool table, Rodney was so helpful all along the process. I wanted something to suit our coastal home and he definitely delivers

Good fun. Never used to think of going in but then one of my sons asked me if I wanted to challenge him to a quick game of pool and now we've been there a couple of times. Reasonably priced.

I LOVED Q-Masters until I heard the way staff spoke to the Boss about clients. After trying to purchase a cue, locally, thru QMasters & it taking 3+ months to arrive only to have it purchased before I arrived to collect it & to be met with indifference made me want to turn my back & never return.I wish Q-Masters cared more about their patrons.

Awesome club, great facilities the tables are real quality and well maintained.

Great vibe with fantastic staff and a good variety of bands/music to satisfy a wide audience. The place also has pool/billard tables in a separate section if bands aren't your thing and the bar can be accessed from all areas.

Today (19/11/22), we had visited your venue in hopes of having a snooker game. At the time of our arrival, there were no available tables so we left a contact number with Staff Member 1 (male), and then waited outside on the bench. We noticed he had left and Staff Member 2 (male) had replaced Staff Member 1. We went in to confirm that we were still on the wait list and will be contacted. Staff Member 2 confirmed we were next on the list and we would be called when a table was next available.He left and Staff Member 3 (female) had started, approximately 5.00pm. At this point we saw another group fill an empty table that we knew had just become vacant. We went in to understand why we didn't receive that vacant table.Staff Member 3 informed us that she wasn't aware of the waitlist and that calling people when a table is vacant isn't part of her job. Her manner in communicating with us was poor and she didn't offer an apology for the inconvenience caused.We request the Owner / Venue Manager look into this matter and provide us with an outcome.

Overall experience is not bad. Really busy place. Great selection of drinks. However, the carpet is not that clean and the toilet is dirty.
