It was a pleasure selling my car through Autohaus Hamilton and I was particularly impressed with their successful sales strategy that required minimal effort from my side.I have no hesitation in recommending Scott and his team at Autohaus to my friends for service or sales.

I purchased my 911 Turbo Porsche last October and I am still trying to get them to fix their mistake when they incorrectly registered the car. When I purchased the vehicle, I paid the deposit via my business account and organised the insurances in my company name. However when registering the car on delivery day Porsche put the car in my personal name. I called up 30 minutes after collecting the car to question this error and was told sorry too late

I am a proud return customer of the Porsche Centre in Collingwood now. Both times dealing with the incomparable Andrew Garth from sales. Both times I went in there with enquiries not really looking to buy and what I loved about the experiences I have had there is that I never once felt a hard sales pitch put on me.It always felt like a chat with a like-minded automotive enthusiast who has a genuine love for what he does and the brand that he works for. He has always made both myself and my better half feel very comfortable and looked after from the presales right up to nearly a year after and I freak out when I get an error code come up for the 1st time and send him a screenshot of said error code.I look forward to the many more Porsches that I am going to buy from him in the future and I know he will guide me along the way to ensure it is a seamless and highly special and enjoyable experience as he always manages to do!!!

Clearly they don’t need more business! If you’re in the market for a new car, I would head to another dealership. I was waiting for over 1/4 hour and not one salesperson asked if I needed assistance. If I’m going to make this level of investment in a new car, I expect better service. If this is how they treat customers before closing the deal, I can’t imagine how appalling their post purchase service must be.

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Brodie for the purchase of our Porsche Macan GTS. The Customer experience was second to none the team including Ziad & Gino from a finance perspective where extremely helpful, knowledgeable and authentic and most of all a pleasure to deal with. My wife and felt that Brodie and the team had our best interest in mind and gave excellent advice around our purchase and additional extras as well as our finance options. The whole experience from the day we walked into the showroom and met with Brodie until the car delivery and beyond into after sales support and check-ins has been superb. We would highly recommenced them to anyone looking to purchase a Porsche and I know we will be back to see them soon for our next Car. Excellent team and thankyou !!!!!!

IMS upgrade paid for but never installed - Weltmeister MelbournePurchased a 2008 987 Boxster in 2021 with a documented comprehensive service history from Weltmeister Melbourne (>$25K over many years), including an IMS upgrade carried out in 2019.Recently took my car to another independent Porsche service company, and to my surprise was told you can’t replace the IMS in a 2008 Boxster without splitting the engine case.Back to Weltmeister again for clarification only to receive a phone call a week later admitting the following –In 2019 we uncovered a rouge employee in our organisation who was billing out work which he never completed. We can confirm that the IMS bearing was never replaced in your car even though the previous owner paid for this upgrade service and you purchased the vehicle from him on this understanding. We subsequently sacked this person and will now contact the previous owner to compensate him.I replied in writing to Weltmeister asking how this could happen, why did I have to uncover it and seeking some form of compensation as I am now the owner of the vehicle that contains the original IMS bearing with a potential risk of failure.The manager's reply - Your car has a very low risk of failure, we have compensated the original owner, any compensation for you has been refused, this is our final decision. Very Dissatisfied.

Have just had my car delivered to Melbourne, purchased sight unseen, all I can say is THANK YOU, such a nice to change to deal with honest people, couldn't be happier. The car, being 44 years old was exactly as described, Scott Lang a big shout out for all of your help and details provided 10/10

Terrible Service.Booked my PorscheDrove my 992 Cayenne Turbo to their Brighton Dealership for a squeking brake check only to be told there was nothing they can do about the squek which is a common problem with these cars. They could of at least called me a day before or told me about the issue when it was booked to save me a 45 min trip in traffic.
